La location est belle, mais l'hôtel a mis en place un entrepôt pour blink-it l. Les garçons de livraison se lignent et choque la voie au parking du fond. Repos est bon. Les chambres sont belles

Had an excellent stay at Crowne Plaza! The hotel exceeded expectations in every aspect. The rooms were elegant, spacious, and impeccably clean, providing a very comfortable stay. The staff was warm, professional, and attentive, ensuring that every need was taken care of promptly. The dining experience was outstanding, with delicious food and a wide variety of options. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall ambiance was luxurious yet welcoming. I highly recommend Crowne Plaza to anyone looking for a premium hospitality experience and would gladly stay here again.

I stayed one night at the hotel as a solo female traveller as I had a late plane and was meeting my friends the next day. The place was comfortable and clean and easy. The hotel super close to both the international and domestic arrivals (steps away). If you’re coming from international you just come out and turn right and you will see it (domestic, turn left). Being in an airport the hotel has to scan your bags when you arrive. The AC was great as it was quite hot in lucknow! My room was quite close to reception so I used earplugs at night to sleep as you could hear the doorbell. With the earplugs I had no issues!

We were three friends from New Zealand and stayed at Regenta for two nights. The place was nice and the room was comfortable. The staff set up an extra cot for us so we were all able to stay in the same room which was great. The place is a mix of old charm and affordable accom and we thought it was good value. The staff were super helpful and attentive. They arranged quick laundry service for us, and even got us a pack of playing cards to be delivered to the hotel. The manager also gave us advice advice about getting an Indian phone number, where to get coffee and info about navigating the train station. He also gifted us some guides about lucknow and Varanasi, where we were headed to next. We appreciated the late checkout and the hotel kindly stored our bags for our late train too. Great stay!

Near functional hotel right next to the airport. Rooms are decent. Front office staff is quite lost and confused. Coordination between them and Food and Beverage team is also jinxed. Basically go, check in, don't ask for anything and don't talk to anyone, as anyway they don't listen, and all will be great. The junior team is very courteous and warm.

L'hôtel se trouve à 750 mètres de la station de métro (ligne rouge). Le réceptionniste était très serviable et m'a permis d'arriver plus tôt. La chambre était correcte (l'insonorisation était convenable), mais malheureusement, l'eau en bouteille était payante. Le marché d'Aminabad, encore plus animé pendant Diwali, est à environ 1,3 km de l'hôtel. On y trouve également de nombreux restaurants réputés de Lucknow. La ligne rouge du métro ne dessert pas Rumi Darwaza ni d'autres sites touristiques importants. Prendre un tuk-tuk Uber Auro depuis l'hôtel coûte environ 80 à 120 roupies (en espèces, selon l'heure ; arrondissez au montant supérieur pour le pourboire). (Certains chauffeurs sont très honnêtes et aimables ; ils acceptent parfois 100 roupies pour une course de 103,18 roupies. Je donnais toujours 120 roupies pour remercier le chauffeur, qui acceptait volontiers.) Attention : certains chauffeurs peuvent essayer de négocier le prix ou refuser une course au dernier moment.

L'emplacement est très pratique, le petit-déjeuner est varié, le thé au lait est délicieux, les chambres sont impeccables, il y a une salle de sport et la sécurité est stricte. Plusieurs bons restaurants se trouvent à proximité.

It was really good experience with this hotel. Last week same in Lucknow i visited GINGER. but i will suggest you guys plz don’t go there coz that hotel is like Lodge. Very bad bed. Everything is ******** in GINGER. But this week while returning from delhi to Darbhanga by road. I choose GOLDEN TULIP.AND I AM TEALLY VERY HAPPY. Infact ginger charged me 4500 per night. And Ginger is lower is price. But amenities are awesome. I recommend u all guys visit this hotel once.
