It’s a great hotel with excellent service. For the first time, we truly felt at home. The place is very clean, with incredibly nice staff and a professional, passionate chef. They are so communicative and helpful. They even surprised my friends with a birthday cake for their birthday, decorating the setup with flowers, rose petals, and candles. It was so kind and thoughtful of them! We were deeply touched, and I was completely speechless. Thank you!

We recently stayed at Le Meridien Kochi for two nights and had a pleasant overall experience. The room was nice, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The breakfast was definitely a highlight, there was an amazing variety of options to choose from, catering to different tastes, and everything we tried was fresh and delicious. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the bathroom, which could do with a bit of updating to match the standard of the rest of the room. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with great food, and we’d happily return.

Cet hôtel est vraiment impressionnant compte tenu de son rapport qualité-prix. J'y ai passé un excellent séjour. En tant que voyageur international, le choix au petit-déjeuner était limité, mais dès que j'ai demandé des œufs brouillés et du pain perdu, ils étaient prêts en quelques minutes. La chambre est grande et spacieuse. Très calme, on n'entend aucun bruit extérieur. L'eau chaude est bonne, mais la douche n'est pas optimale ; c'est un point à améliorer. Les installations, comme la piscine et la salle de sport, sont très appréciables, surtout comparées aux autres hôtels du quartier.

Propre, confortable et super pratique ! L'auberge avait tout ce qu'il me fallait pour un court séjour, y compris des fontaines à eau et des sanitaires impeccables. Emplacement idéal pour les visites touristiques.

Had a very pleasant stay at Four Points by Sheraton Kochi Infopark. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and good lighting. The amenities were excellent — especially the pool, gym, and overall ambiance of the property. The staff were courteous and responsive, making the check-in and stay smooth. Food was quite good with a decent spread, though there’s slight room for improvement in variety. Location is perfect if you have work around Infopark, with easy access and minimal traffic hassle. Overall, a great option for both business and family stays. Would definitely recommend and visit again.
