AAndrei SobolevskiHiSuite Rome has two kinds of accommodation: regular hotel rooms and two or three small two-bedroom apartments, each with separate entrance. As we are a family of five (two parents and three children aged 16, 7, and 1,5 years), we got an apartment.
The apartments are located in a separate house just opposite to the hotel reception on a narrow and truly authentic street in the old center of Rome, in a few minutes' walk from Piazza Navona. Each apartment has an entrance door with a codelock, which opens into a living/dining room with a kitchenette complete with a fridge, a coffee machine, and a toaster. One of the two bedrooms is one level above, another is one level below, underground (and without natural light), all three levels being connected with staircases. From the photos in the hotel website it was not clear that the apartment is organized in as many as three levels (although the staircase was of course clearly visible), but this is a nice detail adding much to the cozy character of the space. Note however that living in this space involves using stairs a lot.
Both bedrooms are equipped with shower and toilet, and there is one wardrobe with a small safe upstairs. The tasteful decoration of the apartment, as well as the hotel's lobby, deserves special mention, and every morning it was delightful to see the beautiful Baroque frames of windows just opposite to ours.
The hotel is apparently owned by a family, and the owners were really friendly and thoutful. We kept contact via email and WhatsApp with Laura, Giulia, and Mike (Michele?), and this experience was pleasant and memorable. The hotel team helped us book comfortable and reasonably priced transfers from the Fiumicino airport and to the Termini train station, and both taxi drivers were punctual and dependable. We had an early inbound flight, and the hotel provided us with early check-in free of charge (without us asking for it). On the day of checkout our luggage was kept until the taxi arrived in the evening. The hotel also provides to its guests a memo with a useful selection of eating and cultural addresses, and Laura readily gave lots of practical advice regarding visiting the city's attractions.
HiSuite Rome does not have breakfast room, but there is a cafe next door. We however did not use it, because it was nice to have our own breakfasts at our place.
All in all, our experience with HiSuite Rome is perfect. They provide normal service that you expect from a hotel of this class, but do everything with much attention to detail, in a thoughtful, friendly and dependable manner that goes beyond what's expected. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing to explore Rome from a nice and historical location, and will check their website first should we be coming to Rome again.

IInvitéC'était proche de la gare à pied et pratique pour faire du tourisme. Cependant, même si nous voyagions pendant la saison estivale extrêmement chaude, la climatisation était faible et la chambre était loin d'être fraîche et confortable. Il n'y avait pas non plus de cloison dans la douche, donc c'était trop gênant pour les Japonais de l'utiliser.

PPhillipsBenjaminWe stayed here for four nights in June of 2025. The location of the hotel is generally good for getting to some of the more noteworthy site (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.). There's a metro station around 8 minutes walk away, which opens up most of the rest of the city pretty well. We walked from here to the Vatican, which took around 35 minutes, but would be less than half that by cab. The surrounding area is great for clothing shops, but the food we found nearby was mostly so-so, and frequently over-priced tourist fare, though I'm sure if you walk a little farther from the hotel you can find some good options.
The room itself was booked for a family of four, and was comfortable. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure, and the AC worked just fine. Some of the sheets were not quite clean, but we just didn't use the one we found slightly dirty. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The room and hotel have little to no facilities, so you're really just paying for room and the location. The exterior entrance is not well marked, and we actually walked past it on the street several times. If you're thinking of booking here, I'd recommend just looking for the GAP store which is directly across the street, much easier to find.
Our interactions with the hotel staff were limited. We received a number of automated messages, some of which were contradictory, or had out of date information. After booking and paying for the room (a non-refundable booking) we were told there was an extra ”city tax” not included which would need to be paid before checking in which amounted to around an extra $90 or so, and the offered price of an airport transfer service went up as soon as we requested it (from 85 euros to 95). The hotel arranged the transfer service for us, but the driver left the airport before we could get out of the passport control due to another booking. The driver service showed up at the hotel at the time the flight was supposed to arrive, even though the flight was late, and you'd expect them to know that going through passport control takes easily an hour, so this seems to be quite poor planning on behalf of either the hotel or the service. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was also slightly over half the price of the transfer service, so I'd recommend skipping their service, it seems like a rip-off. Taxis from the airport to the city center seem to be subsidized by the government, and were a fixed price of 55 euros (for a normal size car big enough for 4 people) at the time we visited. The train from the airport is also not a bad idea if you're comfortable using the metro, as the train station is just 3-4 metro stops from the nearest metro station to the hotel (Spagna).
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but felt like we mostly paid for the location.

😲Mais cette fois-ci, lorsque j'ai pris le bus avec mes lourds bagages, j'ai malheureusement été harcelé par un jeune homme noir mentalement anormal, agile et pieds nus qui n'arrêtait pas de crier et de me provoquer, mais le chauffeur grand et gros a fermé les yeux...
De nombreux passagers âgés et faibles sont descendus du bus pour éviter...
👍Finalement, nous avons pu nous échapper grâce à une jeune fille courageuse qui est intervenue pour nous aider à descendre du bus et a essayé par tous les moyens de le calmer et de l'emmener !
👍Le personnel du comptoir est sympathique et le service est bon !
🍄La chambre est propre et confortable, mais malheureusement il n'y a pas de petit réfrigérateur disponible !

IInvitéNotre expérience au Fabulous Village a été mitigée lors de notre séjour. Nous y avions déjà séjourné et quelques incidents ont rendu notre séjour moins agréable.
Points négatifs : Tout d'abord, certains membres du personnel étaient peu serviables et très directs à nos côtés. Certains étaient plutôt sympathiques, mais nous avons également été confrontés à des employés qui nous ignoraient pour discuter avec d'autres résidents et se montraient parfois impolis. Ils avaient également pour habitude de ne pas s'occuper des situations qui nous mettaient mal à l'aise. Par exemple, alors que nous allions au restaurant pour le dîner, une grande table d'enfants et d'adultes assis près de nous nous adressait des commentaires racistes à répétition, se moquant de nous et nous narguant pendant que nous mangions. Les adultes n'étaient pas plus en reste : voyant les enfants se comporter ainsi, ils n'intervenaient pas et nous fixaient du regard comme si nous faisions quelque chose de mal. Le personnel est venu à plusieurs reprises constater la situation, mais personne ne nous a proposé son aide, ce qui nous a irrités et frustrés envers le personnel et les résidents. Lors d'une autre rencontre, nous avons tenté d'expliquer au personnel que nous bénéficiions d'une réduction sur le petit-déjeuner buffet. Au lieu de cela, ils ont insisté pour que nous payions le montant différent, prétextant une modification récente sans prévenir les résidents. Malgré nos efforts pour leur parler avec compréhension, ils ont été directs et ont refusé de prendre en compte notre position, allant même jusqu'à ne même pas examiner les preuves que je leur présentais et persistant à refuser. Nous leur avons depuis envoyé un e-mail à ce sujet à notre retour de voyage, mais nous n'avons toujours pas reçu de réponse de leur part et supposons qu'ils n'en recevront pas. Nous n'avons pas pu nous empêcher d'avoir l'impression d'être traités différemment, car nous étions étrangers et mon partenaire était asiatique. Il est donc arrivé que, à la piscine, les garçons plus âgés nous aspergent d'eau et nous lancent des balles sans raison, contrairement aux autres résidents. Là encore, le personnel n'a rien fait pour nous aider. Enfin, concernant les installations, nous avions un pommeau de douche qui pulvérisait l'eau à une pression différente de celle à laquelle nous sommes habitués, ce qui rendait parfois la douche pénible. De plus, certaines prises de courant de notre logement étaient déjà cassées et inutilisables pendant tout notre séjour.
Points positifs : L'agent de sécurité et le personnel du point d'information ont été très polis, respectueux et serviables pendant notre séjour, ce que nous avons apprécié après d'autres expériences désagréables avec le personnel. Le logement était relativement propre et suffisamment spacieux pour deux personnes, et le lit était agréable et confortable. La piscine était agréable, hormis les expériences mentionnées ci-dessus, et la nourriture était également délicieuse et savoureuse.
Dans l'ensemble, nous avons eu quelques aspects positifs de ce séjour, mais ils ont été éclipsés par le comportement grossier et ignorant du personnel lors de différentes situations et par le sentiment constant de racisme subtil et pas si subtil que nous avons dû endurer pendant notre séjour là-bas, cela nous a vraiment mis mal à l'aise et au point que nous avions hâte de partir pour aller en ville et être loin de cet environnement.

Pas de réception, il y a un compte WhatsApp, mais il n'y a pas de réponse dans un délai fixe! Il n'y a pas de guide! Bien que la position géographique soit près d'une station de métro à Rome, c'est très pratique! Mais ceci est encore préférentiel 🙁 pas rentable!

GGiulia7Une excellente option pour 2-3 nuits. 200 mètres jusqu'à Ermini. Inscription 24h/24. Bon wifi. Consigne à bagages et coffre-fort en chambre. Très bon petit déjeuner - c'était surprenant. Le personnel au comptoir est sympathique. Mais n'oubliez pas que c'est la partie historique de Rome. Ici, tout est vieux. Mais les gens viennent à Rome pour se promener, pas pour s’asseoir dans un hôtel. Eh bien, la zone autour de la gare centrale n’est pas l’endroit le plus calme. Pas besoin de s'y promener la nuit)))
