IInvitéL'ambiance de l'hôtel est vraiment agréable.
Bien que classé 4 étoiles par les avis locaux, il est en réalité 5 étoiles. Mon principal problème a été que, pendant mon séjour de plus de 5 nuits, j'ai demandé un fer et une planche à repasser. Le premier membre du personnel à qui j'ai parlé m'a indiqué qu'ils étaient utilisés, le suivant m'a proposé de les louer, et le dernier m'a dit qu'ils m'en enverraient un. Des réponses différentes, mais le résultat final est le même : pas de fer à repasser.
Je ne sais pas si ce problème est spécifique à cette marque, car je n'avais pas demandé de fer à repasser dans un autre hôtel de la même marque où j'ai séjourné à Tokyo.
À part cela, je n'ai eu aucun autre problème, car j'étais pratiquement absent la majeure partie de la journée.

IInvitéÉvénement de prévente d'achat groupé Ctrip Citadines Harbour Front Yokohama est un hôtel quatre étoiles de style appartement à Yokohama, propriété d'Ascott. 742 yuans pour 2 nuits (371 yuans/nuit). L'hôtel est idéalement situé, directement relié à la station de métro Odori au Japon. Il est très rapide de se rendre à pied aux attractions touristiques à proximité (à quelques centaines de mètres), ce qui permet d'économiser des frais de transport. Personnellement, je pense que c'est supérieur à un quatre étoiles. Nous sommes restés en couple et la chambre était assez grande et très bien insonorisée. Les sanitaires sont très propres, mais lorsque vous vous levez le matin et regardez l'écran de votre téléphone portable, il y aura de la poussière. Ce problème a été constaté dans de nombreux hôtels par le passé. Les toilettes sont très propres, mais on a l'impression qu'il y a un peu moins d'espace. Il y a un rideau imperméable pour se doucher. Le personnel de l'hôtel est sympathique et attentionné. L'équipement et les installations de la chambre sont de très bon goût et certains appareils électriques sont de marques relativement haut de gamme. L'hôtel dispose d'une salle de fitness mais elle est relativement petite, ainsi que d'une laverie automatique en libre-service. Il y a aussi un café en libre-service que j'aime beaucoup, où vous pouvez apporter votre propre petit-déjeuner (mais n'oubliez pas de nettoyer après vous).

EErik ChiangI recently had the pleasure of staying at the JR-East Hotel Mets Yokohama Tsurumi, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for travelers looking to explore Yokohama or needing easy access to Tokyo. Being right next to Tsurumi Station makes it incredibly easy to get around without relying too much on taxis or long walks.
The room itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Though not overly spacious, it made efficient use of space, ensuring a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless.
What stood out most was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast offered a nice variety of both Japanese and Western options, which was a great way to start the day.
If I had to find any fault, it would be that the hotel is located in a quieter part of Yokohama, which might not suit everyone's taste. However, for me, it added to the charm and made for a peaceful retreat after busy days of sightseeing.
Overall, I highly recommend the JR-East Hotel Mets Yokohama Tsurumi for its comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality. It offers excellent value for money and is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting the Yokohama area.

曼曼姝Nous avons séjourné ici pendant deux nuits dans une chambre au 14e étage. La chambre dans laquelle nous avons séjourné était datée, les chambres des autres étages sont peut-être plus récentes (je ne suis pas sûr). Donc, si vous êtes le genre de personne qui utilise une loupe pour tout vérifier, alors cet hôtel ne vous conviendra peut-être pas. Sinon, c'est un hôtel correct, la chambre était propre et tous les membres du personnel avec lesquels nous avons interagi étaient polis et proactifs pour aider les clients.

Llxdee_2486Great budget stay for the solo traveler! The place was always thoroughly clean and staff were friendly and helpful.
It took some getting used to since it was my first time staying at a capsule hotel. For instance, no outside shoes in the capsule area: disposable slippers are provided once you arrive, so switch to those affter putting down your luggage. If you need an extra pair, you can grab one at the front desk. Also, your locker key has a QR code attached, so that you can scan to enter the capsule, locker, and shower areas. I kept forgetting to walk with it just going to the locker room, which you need the QR code to access! Thankfully, other guests would open the door for me since we shared the same space.
One thing to note is the cleaning time between 11 AM and 3 PM: the capsules are unusable since they change the sheets, make the beds, etc., so it's best to be out in the city exploring or down in the lobby. Any bottles you leave in front of your capsule might be considered trash when they clean, so if you want to keep your drinks, keep them in the locker.
If you have several personal items on your bed inside the capsule, depending on what it is, they may not enter to change the bedding, etc. so keep that in mind. They also provide sleepwear, disposable toothbrush and mini toothpaste, bath and hand/face towels in a small bag that they replace each day! There are proper places to return used sleepwear and towels (large laundry bags are clearly marked), same with trash disposal.
There is a shower area with separate stalls. Many people tend to shower at night, so if you don't want to wait, it's best to shower before the cleaning time in the morning, or before 10 PM. Some girls would shower (and sometimes wash their hair), so it's common for many people to be in the showers late at night, even after midnight! Thankfully, there are small couches in this area, so no need to stand and wait.
Also, the lockers are a bit tiny and narrow (see pic with disposable slippers), but I assume they are the standard for capsule hotels. They are the main storage for small items; luggage (like suitcases) is stored in an adjacent room.
All in all, I would stay there again! Very close to Yokohama station, there are several restaurants, a few Family Marts and a Lawson's are within walking distance, as well as a mall called VIVRE with about 8 floors to browse.

SsgargiuloThe hotel is short walking distance from shin-yokohama station. Check in was easy and smooth. Out room was a bit small and tired , typical business japanese style but the furniture looked worn. The bathroom was also japanese style : no window + small bathtub with shower and minimal (well equipped) space overall. If you are lucky enough to get an upper floor room , the view from the big window is nice. On the basement there is a 7Eleven and just out of the hotel it is plenty of shops/restaurants

JJiatengC'est ma première réservation, donc il faut un peu de temps pour entrer dans la chambre, mais il n'y a pas de malaise, parce que j'ai répondu immédiatement. Parce que le prix de la chambre est bon marché, je peux dépenser beaucoup d'argent pour visiter. Il y a des magasins confortables, des restaurants et des parkings à proximité, donc très confortable.
