IInvitéBy far it has become my favorite hotel this year. From check in to check out, everything was just great! The staffs were so attentive, friendly and accommodating! The breakfast spread was great with tasty local specialties, the bar was really well appointed and the executive access provides happy hour drinks and snacks from 3PM (can't beat that!). I am thoroughly pampered and well fed and the bed was comfy. The only slight downside is that the AC only works on heating so the room cab easily get too warm which I was informed during check in to simply turn off the AC and then just open the window. I recommend this hotel without hesitation, and do get the executive room if you can.

UUtilisateur anonymeThere are some bad experiences that do not recommend this hotel: 1. The price of room will be double during the busy season. 2. The recommendation tax fee would be paid when check in. During our 8-day trip in Hokkaido, this is the only hotel that the tax should be paid before we use the room. If this normal work flow that this hotel states, highly recommended they should think about this. 3. The receptionist has bad attitude. The receptionist kept ask the details about the booked room type especially this happened we have already check in before 3 pm and back to hotel, which I believe they can check the booking information through their computer. In addition, when we did not understand the staff saying, the receptionist is impatient and not willing to explain again and slowly. And this kind of conversation happened twice with same service staff. 4. Due to the location of the hotel, it is noisy that hard to sleep. About 5 + emergency cars went through one night. 5. No service staff guide us to our seat when we have breakfast. Others does.

WwindleefÉtonnamment bon ! Cet hôtel n'a pas été récemment ouvert depuis longtemps, et les installations et les chambres sont très neuves ! L'emplacement est à environ 15 minutes à pied de la gare de Sapporo. Ce n'est pas trop proche mais les conditions routières sont bonnes et ce n'est pas trop difficile de marcher dans l'ensemble. Le personnel de service est très professionnel et enthousiaste, et du personnel de service parlant chinois est disponible. Il y a des machines à glaçons à chaque étage, ce qui est très pratique pour les amateurs de boissons fraîches comme moi. L'hôtel dispose d'un grand bain public que vous pouvez utiliser. La ville de Sapporo est vraiment magnifique. Voici quelques photos de l'hôtel et de ses environs pour référence.

IInvitéTrès bon séjour à l'hôtel en famille avec un accueil dès la sortie de la station de bus (possibilité d'avoir un parking gratuit avec une voiture). L'hôtel, ses installations et ses équipements ont été présentés en détail au moment du check-in. La chambre était spacieuse et bien équipé avec un bain privatif avec vue. Les lits et les futons sont confortables et un Yukata, ainsi qu'un pyjama sont fournis pour se baigner dans la tradition japonaise. Les sources chaudes de l'hôtel étaient très grandes avec plusieurs bassins donc un bassin extérieur. L'hôtel propose également des snacks et des boissons gratuitement dans le lounge à la sortie des sources chaudes. Cependant, le repas était un peu décevant car je suis resté sur ma faim et j'ai connu d'autres hôtels avec des meilleurs repas.

IInvitéNous avons eu un séjour d'une nuit agréable au début du voyage, ce qui nous a fait décider de réserver une autre nuit vers la fin de notre voyage au lieu de rester à l'hôtel aéroport. Notre premier check-in de nuit a été géré par un gars qui était grand et ami, il a préparé des enfants avec des services pour nous sans nous demander et nous a offert un check-out à 2h (état d'or) malgré la réservation non réservée via Marriott directement. Nous avons été en mesure de faire une visite à la maison, et nous avons été en mesure de faire une visite à la maison. La visite est un coup de fouet, j'ai une autre nuit qui arrive en juin, tout fait sur la base de ma première impression, je dois y réfléchir. Le parking est juste derrière l'hôtel pour 2500 yens. Les chambres doubles sont connectées avec un petit étage en raison de la porte entre les deux, ce qui rend difficile l'ouverture de sacs multiples de grande taille.

TTek KooiNicely renovated hotel. Unfortunately staff are new and surprising not many front desk staff can converse in English.  Breakfast was good with many choices. However, we couldnt eat most of the time as my family has to go for activities early like skiing and local tours. The cafe  staff allows us to start breakfast before the opening time but an English speaking lady with a coat turned up one morning and stopped us from starting breakfast early before the opening time. She was so rude and told us wait till 630 before we can touch the food! I dont see why we cannot start with cereals that was already on display.  I will return to stay as the hotel is new, rooms are large and the onsen is clean and comfortable. There was a gym and laundry facilities too

KKathy WPNThe location of this hotel is just next to the Shin Sapporo JR and Subway station, about 3-4 minutes walk from the station. It is considered a very good and convenient place for us. You can almost different shops in the station building including supermarkets. The hotel room is spacious, comfortable and clean, providing all necessary amenities and services. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful.

After checking out from another hotel, we planned a 2‑day, 1‑night trip to Otaru and wished to store our luggage at your hotel beforehand. When we arrived, we were assisted by your staff member, Ms. Hayshi(林）.When we asked whether it was possible to store our luggage, we were informed that storage was limited to one day only. We then explained that we would be returning quite late the following evening and asked if there might be any flexibility or alternative arrangements. However, the response we received felt a little abrupt, including a surprised “Huh?” that left us unsure how to continue the conversation. This made us feel slightly uncomfortable and misunderstood, though we believe it may simply have been a moment of miscommunication. In addition, from the day we inquired about luggage storage until March 4, we noticed that there were still two pieces of luggage stored in the luggage area for several days. We would appreciate some clarification on why those items were allowed to remain for an extended period, as this left us a bit confused about the policy. HHegancaoNous avions initialement prévu de prendre la navette de l'aéroport jusqu'à la gare de Minami 3, l'hôtel étant juste à côté. Cependant, en raison d'une forte chute de neige, le service de navette a été suspendu. Nous avons donc pris le JR puis le métro. La station de métro de Susukino est très proche, permettant d'accéder facilement à toutes les attractions. Le seul inconvénient est que la plupart des stations de métro de Sapporo n'ont pas d'ascenseur pour remonter au niveau de la rue, ce qui est un vrai calvaire avec de gros bagages. Le petit-déjeuner proposait du riz au poisson cru (sashimi), ce qui est rare pour un hôtel de ce standing.

IInvitéThe room size although quite tight for 2 people but nevertheless it is comfortable. The room amenities was quite good too. The staff was helpful during my stay there and although the hotel didn’t provide any airport transfer service, but you may ask the front lobby to book your taxi. The best things was the hotel provide a luggage storage services. The location wise although not that close, but it’s quite convenient, a 6-7 minutes walk to the nearest station and 4 minutes walk to the tram.
