What struck us the most was the kindest customer service and professionalism that the team and especially Peach have provided us. The ability to communicate and be understood is invaluable especially when one is travelling. We will return again in the near future. La chambre est très bien conçue et l'hôtel est magnifiquement décoré. Le service est également excellent. Même si la période de Noël est passée, les décorations restent très festives et créent une super ambiance. Le petit-déjeuner est très varié, avec des options japonaises et occidentales, toutes deux excellentes. La vue depuis la chambre est également magnifique.

Situé à Susukino, pratique pour se déplacer en ville. Personnel plutôt correct, mais leur anglais est généralement mauvais. Hôtel propre et confortable. Bon petit-déjeuner.

The most comfortable bed I’ve ever had in a hotel. We had some of the best sleep during our stay. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of pillows and soft, high-quality linens. The room itself was spacious, quiet, and very well soundproofed, with lots of space to store luggage and personal items, plus many useful amenities. The entire hotel has a modern, clean design and is kept in excellent condition. The staff were very kind, professional, and spoke English, which made everything easy. They even provided umbrellas free of charge when it rained, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel bar also deserves a mention. The service was excellent, the drinks were very good, and the parfaits were delicious. Since parfaits are very popular locally in Sapporo, I definitely recommend trying one here. The location is convenient too: just a short walk from Susukino and the Sapporo city center, close to the station by a few metro stops, and easy to reach by taxi. Overall, this Marriott was a real gem. Because of such a pleasant experience here, I’ll definitely consider staying at other Marriott Courtyard hotels in the future.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et offrent une vue magnifique. Un comptoir dédié au poulet est également à disposition. Au 16e étage, un salon gratuit propose boissons, café, vins rouge et blanc, saké, bière, noix et en-cas. Les plats japonais et français, servis avec des baguettes, étaient excellents, et le service impeccable.
