To top it off, they surprised us by preparing a famous local cake to celebrate my wife’s birthday, which was a delightful and thoughtful touch. Voici un réexamen concis et enthousiasmant de l'hôtel en anglais: L'hôtel est très bien situé, à quelques minutes de marche d'un quartier vibrant de la vie nocturne et d'une rue de la nourriture, avec des options incroyables. Le bain est sans spot et offre même une crème de glace gratuite, qui a été une jolie surprise. Le petit déjeuner est incroyablement riche et variée, avec quelque chose pour tous. Globalement, un séjour fantastique J'aurais certainement revenir !

Hôtel agréable, personnel sympathique. Un petit bémol cependant : il est interdit de porter des chaussons pour prendre le petit-déjeuner 😅. Dans l'ensemble, l'expérience a été positive. Le petit-déjeuner était également excellent ! À essayer !

During my recent trip to Japan, I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that also serves as a wedding venue — and from the moment I arrived, the level of service was simply impeccable. The staff were not only gracious and professional, but also went out of their way to assist me at every turn, despite my lack of Japanese language skills. Their warm hospitality left a lasting impression and made me feel truly welcomed and cared for. Though the room was compact, it was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully arranged. As a solo traveler, I found the space more than sufficient — cozy, comfortable, and a fantastic value for the price. It truly struck the perfect balance between affordability and quality. A special mention goes to the amenities: the hotel provides a well-stocked amenity station at the reception, where guests can freely pick up whatever they need — a detail that reflects the hotel’s attention to guest convenience. While the location is a little removed from the city center, this wasn’t an issue at all for me, as I had a rental car. The added bonus? Free parking on-site, which made my stay even more convenient and budget-friendly. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. With its blend of elegant ambiance, exceptional service, and thoughtful touches, it became a peaceful and comfortable base for my journey — one I would gladly return to and wholeheartedly recommend to fellow travelers.

Le petit-déjeuner était inclus et très savoureux. Le dîner, commandé sur place, était délicieux ! La chambre était spacieuse avec toilettes et douche séparées. Le personnel était sympathique et disponible.

We are group of 7 peoples and require documents for claiming insurance due to typhoon in hk and delay our flight. The staff at reception, Nhu speaks good English and is very helpful in preparing our documents. Appreciate her effort to add credit to our stay.

The hotel is only a few mins away on foot from JR Takamatsu station. The room (a double-bed room for a single traveler) is small and dated but in terms of cleanness and comfort, it still is quite alright. The hotel offers free drink in the lobby in the evening, which seems to be a common practice nowadays in Japan's business hotels. There are a number of restaurants nearby and the main pedestrian shopping street is also just less than 10 mins away. To sum up, if you need to be near the JR Takamatsu station or Takamastu port for a short stay, this is a very affordable choice. Reminder: if you need to catch airport bus to Takamatsu Airport in the morning, go to the starting stop which is located at the main road outside of the ferry terminals. The bus, in my experience, was fairly empty when I boarded at the starting stop, but quickly filled up after the 3rd stop and you might need to wait for the next one.

The front desk staff was really helpful; because the room had a little smoke smell, they set me up in another room. Their quick response to my request is very appreciated.

L'emplacement est très bon. C'est à quelques pas de la gare de Takamatsu (directement depuis l'aéroport) et du port de Takamatsu. C'est très pratique pour visiter les îles tous les jours. Ce n'est pas loin du parc Ritsurin. Takamatsu est beau et paisible. Les Japonais sont très sympathiques.
