BB.V.The hotel with the best view of the whole Hokkaido. Waking up and finding wild animals in front of the window is priceless, as is doing private onsen from your room and being able to observe the flora and fauna from the window. We met this beautiful deer in front of our room who came to eat fresh herb and drink from the stream, letting herself be watched in peace and transmitted to us a huge peace and gratitude.

IInvitéLes hôtels du groupe Tsuruga sont considérés comme haut de gamme à Hokkaido. Bien qu'ils ne disposent pas de bains extérieurs, ces derniers sont accessibles en 10 minutes à pied. L'établissement Yuuki no Sato, appartenant au même groupe, offre un accès gratuit à ses onsen (sources thermales), pour une expérience différente.

IInvitéThis hotel is very new, local next to the bus terminal and actually part of the hotel is used for the bus office / terminal. They provide free drinks (including alcohol) from 3pm to 9pm in the restaurant, enjoy when it is available.
The breakfast has a limited choice, but it is a buffet. The public bath is shared between men and women with time slots. Around 300 yen for washing but drying is free. The room was rather small but they put a huge double decker bed with a king size bed in the bottom, it was a comfortable sleep but not much room to move in the room. Key is using a number lock system which is quite interesting. A super huge TV in the room mounted to the wall. My room is facing east and I able to see sunrise in the morning.
Note that there are quite a few pot holes from the train station to the hotel. During that day, when I move my luggage to the hotel, the wheels get stuck into a new filled pot hole and travellers need to be aware.

IInvitéThis was fine for a quick overnight stay in Kushiro. It is clean and comfy with all the essentials. We did not try breakfast but it was cheap and looked decent. Parking was right across the street.

IInvitéEmplacement idéal ! Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre Shanghai-La avec vue sur le lac. Nous avons fait des promenades matin et soir le long du lac Akan. Le point fort de notre séjour a été la piscine chauffée sur le toit, avec maillots de bain fournis et accessible à tous. C'était un vrai régal d'admirer les étoiles tout en se prélassant dans un bain chaud. Les repas (petit-déjeuner et dîner) étaient un peu chaotiques car l'hôtel accueille de nombreux groupes de touristes. Un restaurant séparé pour ces groupes serait un plus, afin que les autres clients puissent profiter d'un repas au calme.

IInvitéNice Japanese-style spacious rooms. Each room has a genkan entrance with two doors which reduces any noise from the hallway, so it was very peaceful.
The building is very close to the Kamuy Lumina forest night walk event, so it's a great location if you're planning to go to that, or just want easy access to the forest walk during the day. It's also a very short walk into the main area of Ainu Kotan, and so is close and convenient to everything. The staff were lovely and the facilities were clean. There is no aircon, but each room has a fan, and there is heating. It's an old building with a lot of charm and we really enjoyed our stay.

IInvité駅からのアクセスはよい。釧路川の繁華街とは線路を挟んで反対側になる。徒歩の場合、釧路駅には歩道橋か地下通路で移動する。駐車場は広い。1階に大浴場あり（洗い場８人程度）。近場への自転車レンタルができる（近くにコンビニがない）。必要最低限なものはそろっている。

IInvitéThe hotel side is adequate but simple. The restaurant part should be avoided, food basic cheap and the worse of our two weeks in Hokkaido. Staff was unfriendly to say the least. There is a beer box at the entrance of the restaurant, but that is ”outside” . We thought we should take the beer before entering the restaurant, and that got the staff just about scream at us, because beer is sold inside! Breakfast is from 7 to 9 and while we were finishing our breakfast started at 8.30 waitress showed up saying we should be out by 9 as they closed! Very close to Akan crane center but the worse accomodation of hokkaido, to be avoided if you can. All other places we stayed people were most friendly!
