L'hôtel est très nouveau et vous pouvez immédiatement sentir le design moderne et bien pensé dans toute la propriété. Tout est propre, frais et maintenu à un niveau élevé. Le personnel est très bien accueilli, très utile et professionnel, le check-in et le séjour en général très confortable et confortable. L'hôtel propose également un parking très confortable, qui est un grand plus si vous voyagez par voiture. Le petit bar est un petit bar qui vous offre une atmosphère relaxée le soir. Le Prana Hotel est un hôtel de qualité qualité, à Hyunpoong, si vous cherchez un séjour moderne et confortable avec un service de qualité.

La chambre était très agréable, le paysage extérieur était agréable, les transports étaient extrêmement pratiques et il y avait de nombreux restaurants délicieux à proximité. J'ai vraiment hâte de revenir ici la prochaine fois. Ce fut un voyage très agréable.

Hébergement près de la gare de Dongdaegu, propre et calme. Je l'ai utilisé pour des voyages d'affaires et l'emplacement est idéal. Le quartier est calme, sans être très fréquenté. Il faut cependant marcher un peu depuis la gare.

Le meilleur hôtel de Daegu. J'y ai passé un excellent séjour. J'y suis allé été comme hiver et c'était absolument merveilleux. J'ai aussi adoré les sources chaudes et le bain extérieur.

J'ai séjourné cinq nuits, une en chambre VIP et quatre en chambre Standard. La chambre VIP était certes plus spacieuse, mais la chambre Standard était parfaitement convenable et spacieuse pour une personne voyageant seule. La chambre, les lits, la salle de bain et les serviettes étaient impeccables, et les prestations étaient excellentes pour le prix. Le rapport qualité-prix était imbattable : l'hôtel se trouve à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la sortie/entrée n° 5 de la gare de Dongdaegu (l'entrée/sortie du parking au nord de la gare). Dès votre arrivée, rendez-vous au point d'information au deuxième étage pour vous enregistrer et récupérer vos clés. Vous pouvez également laisser vos bagages dans une consigne à proximité du point d'information avant ou après votre enregistrement, si besoin. Le service de blanchisserie n'est pas disponible pour un séjour d'une nuit, mais pour les séjours de plusieurs nuits, il est possible d'en bénéficier en déposant son linge dans un sac au point d'information du deuxième étage tôt le matin avant 9 h. Au deuxième étage, à côté du point d'information, se trouve un coin collation en libre-service très pratique. Vous pouvez vous servir gratuitement en pain de mie (deux grille-pain sont à votre disposition), en café chaud (n'oubliez pas d'ajouter du sirop avant de vous servir), en eau fraîche en bouteille, en granités (parfums ananas et orange, indisponibles tard le soir) et parfois même en petites portions de nouilles instantanées Jin Ramen (qui partent généralement très vite). J'y allais au moins deux fois par jour pour prendre du pain grillé, du café, des granités ou de l'eau. La salle de bain est équipée d'une grande baignoire et même d'un sauna (un panneau LED se trouve à côté de la douche ; repérez le bouton marche/arrêt). La grande télévision LED est connectée à deux ordinateurs de bureau, dont l'un (ou les deux) donne accès à Netflix et à d'autres services de streaming. Le plus délicat est de comprendre la télécommande noire unique qui contrôle l'éclairage (les boutons en forme d'ampoule en haut), la climatisation (le gros bouton rouge en bas), l'allumage et la coupure du téléviseur (le bouton rouge en haut) ainsi que la sélection de l'entrée (touche « 외부입력 », je crois qu'elle se trouvait en haut à droite des flèches directionnelles ; choisissez HDMI3 pour le streaming depuis votre PC). Les boutons d'alimentation des ordinateurs sont situés dans des ouvertures circulaires en bas des bureaux. Ces ordinateurs étaient très pratiques pour consulter ses e-mails, travailler et regarder Netflix et YouTube. Utilisez ChatGPT pour traduire la télécommande et communiquer avec le personnel si besoin. En résumé, je pense que c'est l'un des meilleurs rapports qualité-prix, équipements et emplacement que vous trouverez près de la gare de Dongdaegu. Je recommande vivement.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Daegu and had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers a superb view, making the stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. One of the best things about this hotel is its strategic location — it is conveniently surrounded by several tourist attractions, all within walking distance. This made exploring the city very easy and stress-free. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Daegu, especially for those who appreciate a great view and easy access to nearby attractions.

I gave 1 extra star because the man at the desk kept my bag safe when it needed to be. So he did the job well. Otherwise, zero stars will be given for the service of the old lady at the desk. She was unfriendly and insulting!!! First, she doesn't speak English, so she should use a translator to communicate with the customers. Instead, she started talking in an unfriendly way in Korean when she knew I couldn’t speak Korean. Second, because I don't understand and she doesn't understand me, I have to ask my Korean friend to talk with her. She is still not friendly. And not try to understand for me, because I don't know what my friend and her were talking about. So she showed me that she got annoyed with my misunderstanding of her. Third, and the most horrible of all. She was very rude the next day. I came to her desk, because I needed something. I have just shown my face and wanna say hi, with a friendly look at her. But she started to behave rudely right away before I could say hi. By saying something loudly in Korea and weirdly using both hands and looking angry. So I felt very uninvited to ask something. So I go away from her. Back to my room. I found my stuff (toothbrush and other things of mine) that I forgot in the other room. That I forgot to take with me, on the floor!!!!!! The worst there is a desk for face washing next to the door. So she could put it in there. It's so onhygien with my toothbrush without a cover put on the floor. I have never gotten that horrible service before. Even when I go the a very cheap hostel! I was in a good mood to discover this city. And these are bad memories I got from her. She has just ruined my good mood for the holiday there. My friends suggested that I go to this Motel. Now my friends know how stupid this service I got from this lady. They won't come anymore in the future! If the old lady doesn’t like foreigners then she shouldn't work there. So it won’t ruin someone's holiday. I hope the manager of their company does something with the service that the lady gave to the customer. I don’t complain usually. But this is unacceptable! I am planning to go regularly to Daegu because my friend lives there. This motel is in a perfect location for me. But now I would rather go to a hotel that is far away than this Motel. So you have just lost 1 regular customer because of this stupid service. I am still angry if I think about this service with my toothbrush on the floor.
