Hôtels près de Palais de Hwaseong, Suwon

L'eau de la douche n'était pas assez chaude. Il faisait très froid le jour de Noël. C'est le seul point qui m'a déçu. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est plutôt bon. Le service est également excellent.

Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli très chaleureusement. Ce qui m'a vraiment le plus frappé tout au long de mon séjour, c'est la gentillesse du personnel. Ils sont toujours souriants, à l'écoute et vraiment prêts à aider à la moindre occasion. C'est très agréable d'être reçu comme ça. La chambre était très élégante, spacieuse et vraiment confortable. L'énorme point fort, ce sont les équipements : il y avait deux PC dotés d'une excellente configuration pour jouer ! À cela s'ajoute un grand écran avec un très large choix de chaînes et de plateformes de streaming comme Netflix, Disney+ et Hulu. C'est l'idéal pour se détendre tranquillement après une bonne journée. Enfin, l'hôtel est tout simplement parfait pour visiter Suwon. L'emplacement est super pratique pour se déplacer et découvrir la ville, tout en restant un endroit très calme pour bien se reposer le soir. Bref, le service, les installations et le confort étaient géniaux. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés !

I had a very pleasant stay at the Marriott Suwon. My daughter and I received a warm and attentive service—special thanks to Manager Owen, who kindly assisted with my early check-in. After a long journey, this thoughtful gesture made a big difference and set the tone for the rest of my stay. The hotel’s location is another strong point. Situated by the lake, it offers a scenic atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxing walks or simply unwinding with a view. At the same time, it’s conveniently linked to a mall, making dining, shopping, and daily necessities easily accessible without having to travel far.

La pomme de douche est un peu étrange mais l'expérience générale est incroyable avec une immense télévision.

La chambre était spacieuse et propre! Il y a aussi un grand magasin de confort juste devant vous. Mais il y avait un biscuit sur le lit sur le double étage, donc je suis très inconfortable, mais le lit sur le fond était propre et je l'ai bien utilisé.

I had an amazing stay here. Room was spacious and clean, everything worked and there was no trouble checking in or out. It's tucked away from the main road but that is one of it's good features as it's distanced away a good amount to keep the traffic noise down. Within a one minute walk there's a convenience store for late night snacking. The rooms have USB-A ports for charging next to the bed so no need for your own bulky charger to be used. Overall I highly recommend you choose this hotel when staying in Suwon. I stayed with young family members and luckily there were no overally amourous couples to the left or right of the room. No photos needed go see it for yourself.

L'accessibilité était bonne lorsque vous utilisiez votre propre voiture et le stationnement était pratique. Nous fournissons diverses commodités, et toutes les commodités fournies sont jetables. Je sens qu'ils font très attention à la propreté. C'était une chambre non-fumeur et c'était le meilleur hébergement pour non-fumeurs parmi les endroits que j'ai récemment visités. Le propriétaire est gentil. C'était un hébergement avec un grand esprit de service. En hiver, le chauffage et la climatisation étaient contrôlés individuellement, je restais donc au chaud toute la nuit. Si vous êtes sensible au bruit, nous vous recommandons d'apporter des bouchons d'oreilles séparés. À un inconvénient près, c'est le meilleur hébergement en termes de prix. Je recommande cet endroit à ceux qui lisent cette critique car c'est un endroit que j'ai l'intention de visiter à nouveau.

L'infrastructure environnante était bonne et la chambre spacieuse et agréable. L'hôtel est indiqué comme non-fumeur, et c'était bien le cas, hormis l'odeur de cigarette dans le hall et l'ascenseur.

The guy not speak any word in english and even if I said that a booked a room he wanted to make me leave the hotel ! So, don't try to speak with him, just show your name and the reservation, he will give you the key and at your depart you have to leave it in the elevator, it's cold but that's how is it. We sleep in a ondol room (matress in the floor) ; the room is not pleasant (rather dilapidated) but the matress is confortable, you have kettle and one time coffe-tea-water, hot water in the shower ; it's enought to be in good condition. The localisation is pretty good, not too far from the citadelle maybe half an hour of walk.
