PpennWonderful place to stay, comfy beds and excellent food in the restaurant. The nightly turndown service was appreciated. I would have liked slippers to wear to the pool and the elliptical machine was broken the entire week I was there. I would like to say upon checkout that I asked for a bottle of water for my long Uber ride and it seemed to be an unrealistic request!?

IInvitéLa chambre est plus vieille et la plus inacceptable est le service de l'hôtel. Je cherchais la réception de l'hôtel pour demander où il pourrait prendre une tasse d'eau chaude. Il m'aimerait dire sans raison que je suis retourné pour téléphoner au service de la chambre et que je suis allé à un agent d'hôtel nettoyant l'assainissement à la porte de la chambre, J'ai dit que ma chambre avait besoin de deux bouteilles d'eau, et il m'a fait attendre, et il n'a pas été livré à personne.

GGeri ShaikhThis is an extension from our previous stay. We think this is one of the best hotels in Puebla for the price. The rooms are large with a partial kitchenette that has a small sink, fridge and microwave.
The AC worked all the time and was cold and the water pressure along with hot water was consistent and enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable. All other amenities were a plus such as drinking water, coffee and coffee cooker.
The hotel is in a great location that is walkable in a pleasant neighborhood. It is very easy to catch a taxi by the hotel.
Everything about this hotel was just wonderful. We extended three times here during our stay in Puebla and while the Day of the Dead was going on.
Would highly recommend this hotel.

RRobert JinThis hotel is in the best location in town- it is in the Zocalo and next to the church. There are so many shops and restaurants downstairs. The room is very large and clean.
On the downside, we were very surprised to find out our room has no windows. To an average US traveler, bedrooms are assumed to have windows, unless spelled out otherwise. I don't know this is due to a cultural difference. But this hotel is owned by IHG, which is a US-based, global hotel chain. I think they are held to a higher standard. We eventually paid a higher than advertised price for a windowed room. But the whole experience put a black mark on this otherwise great hotel.

Le centre-ville est situé dans une zone de 2 km de la ville, où le centre-ville est situé à proximité de la ville.
L'hôtel est situé dans la région vibrant de Las Animas, et il est parfaitement situé pour un accès facile aux centres commerciaux et au cœur historique de Puebla. C'est une expérience de cinq étoiles qui mélange sans fin la convenance avec un arrière-plan naturel inoubliable.

RRogelioTrès bonne position, mais la chambre qui nous a été donnée était un four, il n'y a qu'un ventilateur agréé entre le coffre-fort et le bureau, la salle de bains aussi très fermée quelque chose de dangereux quand vous partez, puisque l'eau passe un peu à la chambre, depuis que Nous sommes arrivés à la télé, nous avons signalé que la télévision n'avait pas de signal et qu'ils n'ont pas pu nous régler ou nous offrir une autre chambre, si vous le demandez seulement pour être fatigué et dormir, réveiller et sortir immédiatement est essentiel.

MMonicaPros: The room was stunning, the lights are dim, the decor is gorgeous, the bed was comfy, it was clean and the location is fantastic. The service was great. The terrace views are gorgeous. My favorite part was the jacuzzi.
Cons: My room was next to a terrace bar and on top there is another terrace bar, so if your plan is to stay at a quiet space to relax maybe this won't be the right spot. Unfortunately, there was also no hot water the whole morning on the day I was leaving so I had to wait until after the checkout time when they had it fixed but then I felt a little rushed to leave. Even though, the staff was very helpful, they were keeping me updated and they did try their best in a complicated situation that was out of their hands.

SSARA GABRIELAService was excellent, I had an early check in and the reception was able to?accommodate me without any trouble. Breakfast is simple but really local and tasty!
The rooms are spacious and clean, the bed linen was fresh and the bathroom was always spotless.
It's not a fancy hotel but absolutely everything you need and more for short convenient stays in the heart of the city.
I felt safe walking around the area and there's a lot to do if you're interested in doing city visits etc.
