Très bon hôtel et le personnel est vraiment GÉNIAL

My suggestion: Not ideal for couples. Best for girls trips/boys trips where you plan to party all night and stay in all day. Not the most relaxing place to stay. Budget friendly, but you get what you pay for.

The hotel location was really great. It's just one street away from a very lively and loud street, so the hotel is in a calm location during the day. However, at night, during the weekends it still gets noisy until 2 am. It's only a five minute walk to the beach which was full of sargassum the time we were there. The room was a good size in the bed was very comfortable. We also used the gym which was fairly equipped and the pool look good, although very narrow. Our stay included breakfast, which was à la carte where you choose one main dish/person and 3 drinks (which only included black coffee, juice and tea). Not really worth it for a short stay in my opinion. First day we had an issue with the breakfast order and the restaurant staff handled it poorly, but it was ultimately resolved with the reception staff, Alma, stepping in. I have to thank Alma for being so understanding and kind to us, every day during our day. We also had an issue of missing some cash, and I think the manager handled it really well; the investigation, giving us the update, all of it.

Excellent séjour au Riu Playacar Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans ce complexe hôtelier propre et bien organisé, avec des chambres spacieuses et calmes (la nôtre n'avait pas de balcon, mais c'était correct). Le minibar était appréciable et la salle de bain impeccable. Points forts : ✔ Restauration variée – Plusieurs restaurants à la carte (réservation inutile pour le dîner) et buffets proposant de bons déjeuners et petits-déjeuners. ✔ Plage – Nombreuses chaises longues, mais pas de parasols, pensez à apporter votre crème solaire, même si les piscines sont souvent bondées. ✔ Accès aux hôtels partenaires – Les fêtards pourront se rendre au club Riu Tequila à proximité. ✔ Emplacement pratique – Supérette en face, et Playa del Carmen (5e Avenue) est à seulement 150 pesos en taxi. ✔ Transfert aéroport facile – bus ADO (250 pesos/personne, trajet de 45 min + taxi de 5 min, 150 pesos à côté de la gare routière ADO). Inconvénients mineurs : ✖ Absence d'ascenseur – Difficile pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. ✖ Problèmes de divertissement – L'hôte oubliait parfois de repasser en anglais après les annonces en espagnol. Parfait pour : Les voyageurs recherchant un bon rapport qualité-prix, de la variété et la proximité de la vie nocturne de Playa.

Firstly El Beso is simply 1 building within the larger Ocean Rivera resort. Meaning only your building is Adults Only. Our Swim up room was lovely. We tried almost all if not all of the 10 restaurants and we had no complaints the food was good. Maybe not always amazing but never terrible. There’s like 3/4 different brands or levels of service within the larger resort. El Beso seems to be 1 level from the top which is Privilege we switched for an extra night & the mini bar for privilege was much better as well as having the butler service and priority restaurant bookings when they were all booked. There’s also a special restaurant only for privilege that was great but none of the restaurants were extremely crowded. There’s an app or webpage that works like an app with all of the resort info and you can book reservations there. There’s also lots of entertainment nightly. It’s definitely a place to go and stay there’s no need to venture outside of the resort there’s so many things to do schedules are packed for all of the different areas & a bowling alley and theater. There is not much near by the tourist area is maybe 20 mins away by car down the beach.

Quel bel hôtel ! J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour ☺️. Le personnel et les installations étaient formidables !
