« Perfect hotel for a short stay. Comfortable, clean, and convenient, especially if you’re looking for a place to stay for a night and enjoy a fine dining experience without having to go far. Valet parking is available at RM20 per night, which is quite reasonable. Breakfast was decent and had a good variety. The hotel has two elevators, so there was hardly any waiting time. Overall, the room was comfortable and the whole stay felt pleasant and hassle-free. Definitely a good choice for a one-night stay, especially for a business trip or a quick getaway. »

« Un endroit idéal pour un court séjour à Ipoh ! La chambre était confortable, avec la climatisation et un chauffe-eau, ce qui était très pratique. L'emplacement est également excellent : à deux pas de Mydin, de la gare routière d'Amanjaya et de nombreux restaurants. Vraiment pratique pour un court séjour. »

« L'hôtel est très proche de la gare d'autobus. Nous pouvons aller à l'hôtel mais pour des raisons de sécurité et de bagage, il est bon de réserver une prise. Le personnel de la table frontale est utile et gentil pour rendre mon séjour plus heureux et confortable. »

« J'ai séjourné deux nuits dans ce nouvel hôtel d'Ipoh. Idéalement situé juste derrière l'hôtel AC et en face d'Ipoh Parade, son emplacement est très pratique et stratégique. Tous les restaurants populaires sont accessibles en 15 minutes à pied. La chambre est spacieuse, un peu comme un studio ; très propre et agréablement calme. Pour un séjour d'une ou deux personnes, on s'y sent vraiment comme à la maison. Le personnel est accueillant. Bien qu'il ne semble pas y avoir de service de chambre ou de ménage régulier, vous pouvez vous renseigner à la réception. En résumé, je recommande vivement cet hôtel ! »

« For the price, I think it is a reasonable option.  However objectively: 1. The air-cons don't work well - one of them was leaking.  The staff was helpful in sending contractor to fix while we were out but due to miscommunication (because we have connecting rooms) the ”fix” was made to the air-con that wasn't leaking as badly as the one we complained about.  To be fair they offered to swap rooms but we are a family of 5 and it was a hassle to repack and move so we declined.  2. The hot water was very good despite some reviews.  However the shower head in one of the rooms were such that they don't stay put so occasional splashes happened.  3. One of the rooms wasn't cleaned (we have connecting room) - the ”make my room” card wasn't available in one of the room so we hung on just 1 of the room and left the connecting door open, thinking that the cleaners would clean both.  They only cleaned 1.  I guess we could have outright told reception instead of assuming that the cleaners will clean both rooms since we left the connecting door open.  4. I paid for extra bed - but the bedsheet was dusty - they changed it (or at least vacuumed it) after the first night.  5. The beds were quite comfortable, they offered free bottled water and coffee sachets, tv worked, fridges worked, rooms were decent sized, wifi was ok - ample street parking, the lights were ok but one of the rooms had stark white lights instead of the warmer ones. Location was good, just off the highway and across the eateries in Bercham.  6. The staff were helpful and friendly.  Despite the complaints they texted me and constantly called to check if we needed towels (because one of the room weren't cleaned) and they asked twice if we wanted to change rooms (we didn't because of reason stated above).  7. Suggestion - build a small ramp to go up to the hotel from the road if possible.  It will be helpful for luggage and older folks / wheelchairs etc.  All in all, it was a decent stay.  Price was competitive but cleanliness could be better - and air-con/shower heads can be better maintained.  »
