This hotel are super clean and comfortable. Personally I like the hotel interior with full of Nepalese culture and design. The boss are very friendly and resourceful. He recommended tour guide to bring us around and artist for good artworks. Will surely come back for the next trips.

The location of Hotel Patan House is just a few minutes walk from many places in Patan, and within easy reach of all my cafés and restaurants on my traveling list. No matter whether I was off exploring the city by day or catching a quick drink, I could always be back at my room without any problems. All staff in Hotel Patan House are hospitable, especially Steve. During my stay, they made me feel cared for. Hotel Patan House delivered more outstanding value than I expected. As someone who loves diving deep into local culture yet still needs a quiet spot, I couldn’t have asked for a better home base in Patan. I definitely will choose Hotel Patan House as my first option for my next trip to Patan!

L'emplacement est très pratique, à dix minutes à pied se trouve l'un des plus grands centres commerciaux de la région. Les attractions sont également très proches. Tout d'abord, le service est superbe. Dès votre arrivée à l'hôtel, quelqu'un vous aidera à monter vos bagages, ainsi qu'un jus et des fruits de bienvenue. Il y a deux restaurants dans l'hôtel, et le restaurant à l'étage a une vue sur le paysage, qui est très belle. La chambre d'hôtel est très confortable et propre et très neuve, l'eau du bain dans la salle de bain est très chaude. La meilleure chose est que le petit déjeuner est un petit déjeuner à la carte. Il existe de nombreux types. Il existe un menu complet avec une grande variété de boissons, du café aux jus de fruits fraîchement pressés, en passant par les chocolats, les muffins et les gâteaux fraîchement préparés. Un petit-déjeuner américain et un petit-déjeuner local sont disponibles. Ce qui est mieux, c'est que cet hôtel est tout neuf, très bien comparé aux autres hôtels népalais. Le directeur de l'hôtel est très enthousiaste et n'arrête pas de demander comment est l'hôtel tous les jours ? Comment est le petit déjeuner ? L'hôtel peut également vous aider à réserver un taxi, qui est très bon marché. Appelez-le simplement lorsque vous revenez de l'attraction, ou vous pouvez réserver un taxi. Nous sommes restés une semaine et l'avion était à 8 heures du soir, et il a été très prévenant de nous laisser partir tard et de revenir à 17 heures. Cet hôtel est vraiment à recommander. Si vous venez à Katmandou, n'hésitez pas à réserver celui-ci.

酒店設施很新；衞生很好；床上用品乾爽乾淨；洗澡水很大很舒服；所有員工服務也特別特別好，每位員工都隨時微笑主動提供服務，給人感受特別好。唯一小缺陷是在Patan景點和市區中間，去兩邊走路都需要十來分鐘、屬於可以接受範圍內。其他沒有任何問題，性價比很高的一家酒店。

I had a wonderful one-night stay at Suite Homes Service Apartment. The room was spotless, well-furnished, and offered a beautiful valley view that made the experience feel peaceful and refreshing.The highlight of my stay was enjoying a yummy breakfast on the terrace, overlooking the stunning scenery — such a perfect way to start the day! The food was fresh, tasty, and served with warm hospitality. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Even for just one night, it felt like a mini getaway. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends!

Location is perfect, as it is located inside Patan Durbar - a heritage site of Kathmandu. It's also convenient, near a lot of restaurants from Western to Japanese and Korean, a cafeteria, and more. There's a square where you can enjoy local street food, bobatea, and fast food at very cheap price. Staff are friendly and supportive. They’re a family with 2 sons and their father. If you want to go out after 10pm, you have to tell them so they can wait and open the door for you cause they’ll lock the door at 10pm. For me, it's a lot safer. I booked only 1 week at first for testing, but everything is ok for me so I extended it.

A Perfect Home Away From Home! We had a fantastic 2-night stay at Mandevilla Home in Lalitpur and cannot recommend it enough! The Location: Tucked away in a peaceful, quiet residential area, yet incredibly convenient. Shops and great restaurants are just a short, easy walk away. The Apartment: Exceptionally spacious! It was wonderful having a separate bedroom, a comfortable living room, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The Hospitality: The owner was incredibly kind and thoughtful, even delivering a delicious breakfast straight to our apartment. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Kathmandu!

It is a lovely resort, and the scenery is nice. Unfortunately, my stay was not as pleasant as I expected it to be. I arrived at 3 AM on my first night; luckily, there was a staff to help us check-in. However, when we went inside our room, we had no hot water for the shower, and the toilet smelled really bad. It must have been an ongoing issue, as I see a scented diffuser inside the toilet. The following day, my other friends shared that they had very hot water in their rooms, and it was so hot that they had difficulties showering. To my surprise, the hot water issue was fixed in the afternoon, but the smelly toilet remained the same. We had to check out three nights earlier as the smell was unbearable. The spa has not opened, and the gym looks like it hasn't been touched for years. It's a great place if you don't expect to use the spa and the gym.
