2nd time here. It’s our quick escape when we want to celebrate a milestone sa family namin. Conveniently located sa heart of Angeles City. Literal na staycation kasi we don’t need to go out to eat dinner meron room service. Kaya we ordered our food sa Cactus Smokehouse and Fortune HK Seafood Resto. Plus meron pang promo na buy 1 drink and get one free sa cafe sebastian nila. Gusto ko yung iced matcha latte there. Free buffet breakfast is decent for the price. Meron lang lang food choices dun na hindi pasok sa panlasa ko that time. Lahat ng staff dun are welcoming.

### Avantages L'hôtel est idéalement situé au cœur de Friendship, entouré de nombreux restaurants, supermarchés, cafés et salons de massage, ce qui est très pratique. Ouvert l'année dernière, le bâtiment est neuf et propre, ce qui est un avantage certain par rapport aux hôtels plus anciens. Le parking est facile d'accès et il n'y a pas d'insectes. ### Inconvénients Étant donné que c'est un bâtiment récent, il y a une forte odeur de colle provenant de la moquette, perceptible dans les couloirs et les chambres. L'absence de petit réfrigérateur et de sèche-cheveux dans la chambre est un inconvénient majeur. Seulement deux serviettes sont fournies. Pour deux personnes, cela signifie réutiliser la même serviette du soir au lendemain matin, ce qui est inacceptable. Le bruit de la route est assourdissant. Si votre chambre donne sur la rue, le sommeil est quasiment impossible à cause du vacarme. La taille de la chambre est vraiment très petite.

We stayed at Clarkton for one night before a transfer to Manilla and were very impressed. The photos didn't do it justice, the pool and poolside space was a lot bigger than expected and there was a gym (although basic) that we didn't know about. Everyone was very friendly and helpful - the service couldn't have been better and the food from the 24/7 restaurant was impressive with lots of options. Would definitely recommend if you need somewhere close to Clark airport

Located near the red light district, not a bad thing if that's what you like. There is a large mall @ 5 minute walk away, easy to find. Front staff/doorman were excellent. The restaurant was average at best. Much better food outside the hotel. Went to Tequila grill several times, ordered Grab to the hotel as well. Very convenient. Overall a pretty good hotel for the price. Great swimming pool, although it rained the entire week, it is still a good looking pool. I would stay here again, the balcony rooms are worth the price, can sit outside and drink/smoke while looking out over the city.

Si je reviens dans cette région, je reviendrai dans cet hôtel. Les installations étaient également propres et agréables. L'emplacement est un peu loin, mais c'est calme.

I had a nice stay at Clark Imperial Hotel. I definitely appreciated the price and the location. The staff was very nice and friendly. I would stay here again

La chambre est propre, la douche chaude et le climatisation fonctionnent parfaitement bien, le toit est impressionnant. Le petit déjeuner est bon. Je me réserve pour 1 nuit pour voir comment je vais avec cet hôtel comme c'est ma première fois. La caisse de sécurité n'est pas en service, les serviettes sont surutilisées, aucun serviettes, il faut demander une, mini-bar frigo n'est pas en service. Le matin suivant, environ 715am de garderies a été coupé, puis le cloche de la porte m'a réveillé, disant qu'ils faisaient un CHEC DE ROOM et c'est un PROTOCOLE à El Vistra pour faire ce qui est totalement insane. J'ai vérifié juste après, puis la réception m'a dit qu'ils faisaient un CHEC DE ROOM pour s'assurer que tout est pour moi de recevoir mon dépôt.

I chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed. While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird. The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work. Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice. But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.

I expected worse because it was very affordable but it exceeded my expectation. The room was huge, the bed was soft and clean. The bathroom was okay. If you're just having a layover, it's perfect.
