IInvité2/5.. HEAR ME OUT!! I was with my parents. We arrived early at 5am, we stayed at the restaurant area (since they don't have a lobby). We leave our things at the reception and went out for a tour since the checked in time is at 2pm. They even posted that additional 150php for 1 hour advance check in (we can't check in early since fullybooked). So after the tour we went back to the hotel at exactly 1:59pm. We asked the receptionist that we will check in already, but to our surprise.. our room was NOT YET READY and it was not being cleaned yet. YES, I've heard it from their radio. So, they explained that the room is not yet ready and need to be clean yet, apologized that they were understaff. Being UNDERSTAFF on a PEAK SEASON is not YOUR GUESTS PROBLEM. You can prevent that problem by hiring on call staffs or whatever! It was so devastating. I was with my senior parents, we were so tired and badly need to relax. We were able to get inside our room at 2:25pm.. So it was LATE already, my parents were angry and tired, and I was too. Now, when we enter the room, we noticed that we don't have bath towels so I kindly and calmly said to the attendant to please send us the bath towel after. We went to sleep and at 6pm, they were STILL NO TOWEL delivered in our room. I wanted to call them but NO DIAL CALL on their phone(not working), good thing I checked their phone number on the internet, I was able to call them BUT THEY SAID, NO BATH TOWEL AVAILABLE NOW AT 6PM, THEY WILL DELIVER IT AT 7PM SINCE IT'S ALL IN THE LAUNDRYSHOP. myghad! we wanted to took a shower so we have to wait ?? It supposed to be ready upon check in!! This time I SAID, if they can't provide us bath towels, then just give us a refund for our 3night stay and checked for other hotel. SO, THEY APOLOGIZED AND DELIVERED the towel AT 6;40PM. hay!!! now, since we stayed for 3 nights, on the 2nd night, I asked for another amneties, (toothbrush, shampoo and tissue). SInce we already used the 1st set. BUT THE RECEPTIONIST SAID, THEY ONLY GIVE 1 TIME AMNETIES (UPON CHECK IN) WHAT?? so if your guests will stay for 1 week, you only give them 1 amneties?? so I said, can I talk to your manager? But she said the manager was out of town! so she just give me another set of amneties. They have free breakfast which is not delicious, I feel like its LEFTOVERS FROM LAST NIGHT (Samgyupsal foods). just my opinion. I HOPE YOU WILL IMPROVE BY THIS HONEST REVIEW. IT WAS OUR EXPERIENCE. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO OUR FRIENDS.

CCram GarciaExcellent service, clean and comfortable room and very friendly and helpful staff (specially Albert from Security, who helped us everytime looking for a parking that is near in the entrance and it helps a lot because my wife is pregnant). Its a perfect place to stay. Highly recommended!

IInvitéThis hotel has some good points:
1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests.
2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area.
3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool.
However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas:
1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience.
2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved.
3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted.
4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service.
We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

KKang RichelThe unit was clean, quiet, and spacious, making it suitable for 3 to 4 guests. Amenities such as a refrigerator, cooking ware, and basic kitchen utensils were available, which was very convenient. The host was responsive and replied promptly whenever we had questions, which was appreciated.
The location is a bit far from the main road and city center, but it is a good option for those who prefer a peaceful and relaxing environment.
Check-in was smooth overall, though the front desk staff was not very welcoming and when I mentioned my unit number, she did not assist or guide us, not even to show where the lift was.
Aside from that, there were no issues with the unit. The host also reached out and let us know to inform her if we needed anything for our comfort.

IInvitéL'hôtel est bon, propre et confortable, et le petit déjeuner était bon. Les équipements sont bons et la chambre répond aux attentes. Malheureusement, le service des clients a besoin d'amélioration. Nous sommes arrivés à 7h30 et notre chambre n'était pas encore prête. Nous avons été demandés d'attendre, mais il n'y avait pas de mises à jour à moins que nous n'en avions demandé à plusieurs reprises, ce qui était inconvenant après un long voyage. Lorsque nous avons demandé si elle pouvait être connectée, nous avons été dits à la folie qu'elle ne pouvait pas être faite sans aucun effort pour aider ou proposer des solutions alternatives. Globalement, l'hôtel dispose de bonnes installations, mais une meilleure formation du personnel et une meilleure prise en charge des clients sont nécessaires pour améliorer le séjour.

Rrjm30La chambre d'hôtel est spacieuse. La salle de bain est propre. Le lit et les lits aee propre et crisp ... nous avons réservé à la reine du luxe seulement avec un fan de plafond, mais il se sent comme votre intérieur d'une chambre climatisée.. les personnels sont amis et couchés. Ils servent le petit déjeuner buffet si les clients sont 30p ax et plus seulement.. bien que seulement quelques choix de nourriture au buffet, nous avons toujours été se sentés étayés ... certainement, nous réserverons à nouveau..

Aarmie dometitaL'hôtel est un peu vieux mais il sert vraiment l'objectif. Le personnel est hébergé et poli. Ils sont très accueillant. Food esp Le petit déjeuner est très bon. mais je n'ai pas eu la chance de manger sur leur restaurant. Les équipements sont également bons, Les toilettes sont livrées tard dans notre chambre. Il n'y a pas de shampooing et de savons à la disposition de l'invité.

IInvitéThe hotel and staff were fine . The amenities over the road were excellent. Great restaurants and patisserie. Location was a nightmare to get to and from Baguio centre . But that was mainly due to it being the busiest most unfriendly city in the Philipunes. Not to be recommended to westerners
