Je comprends maintenant pourquoi cet hôtel a la note de 10/10. Après avoir connu un service bien pire dans des hôtels plus chers de Quezon City, je n'en attendais pas grand-chose. Cet établissement m'a agréablement surpris. Séjournez-y et découvrez par vous-même pourquoi il est si bien noté.

Parfait comme toujours. Les chambres sont propres, les lits et les pièges sont confortables, un intérieur agréable et un petit déjeuner parfait, le prix est également raisonnable! La situation est parfaite dans la ville du quezon. J'espère juste que la réduction du bruit sera améliorée, car je peux entendre tout, depuis les étapes de la nourriture au sol jusqu'aux boutons et les voix d'autres chambres.

L'enregistrement a été un jeu d'enfant car il s'est fait à la réception à l'étage Club. Le personnel de la réception a été excellent pour m'aider à m'enregistrer en toute transparence et à organiser l'envoi de mes bagages à la suite d'angle que j'avais réservée pour mon séjour. La suite était grande et les meubles étaient relativement neufs. La chambre en particulier était confortable et spacieuse. La salle de bain avait une cabine de toilettes séparées et une cabine de douche en plus d'une baignoire. Il y avait même un dressing. C'était également bien rangé et propre. De plus, le personnel de la réception à l'étage du club était excellent et répondait à tous mes besoins et répondait à mes demandes tout au long de mon séjour. L'hôtel est situé dans un endroit un peu isolé mais c'est pratique car il jouxte un petit centre commercial. Le seul point négatif était que la vue depuis ma suite n'était pas vraiment agréable car elle donnait sur un quartier pauvre au milieu des tours d'appartements et de bureaux à venir dans le quartier. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai été très satisfait de mon séjour et je reviendrai à l'hôtel à mon retour à Manille dans un mois ou deux.

During my recent stay at Park Inn by Radisson North EDSA for a concert at the SkyDome, I also booked an additional room for my sister and a friend, who stayed for one night for the same purpose. The hotel’s location was ideal for all of us, especially since we were attending the same event. Their check-in experience was smooth and efficient, with friendly and professional front desk staff who handled the process well despite the weekend crowd. The room they stayed in was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Amenities such as toiletries, coffee and tea, a hair dryer, and reliable air-conditioning were all provided and met expectations. The water dispensers located near the lifts on every floor were also appreciated for their convenience. Breakfast the next morning was decent, with a selection that leaned toward Filipino dishes, which they enjoyed. It was a satisfying start to the day before checking out. Overall, their one-night stay was pleasant and comfortable, and it complemented my own experience at the hotel very well. Park Inn by Radisson North EDSA is a solid choice for guests attending concerts or events in the area.

Excellent. Some of scary lng sa hallway and elevator. Siguro its because sobrang taas ng building. The cons is even if you stayed there for a week and you have a car you have to pay the parking fee its because they only offer one time parking only for every customers checking in. If you want to go out and use ur car then you have to pay the succeeding parking fee per hour. Over all excellent experience. We are at the 30th floor and has a nice city view..

We absolutely loved the vibe and ambiance of the hotel, which makes it even more disappointing to say that our entire experience was ruined by the poor service. We arrived early to ask if early check-in was available. We completely understood when we were told that check-in starts at 3:00 PM, so we left for lunch and came back exactly at 3:00 PM. Since we had already completed the check-in process earlier, we expected to receive our room key without any issues. Instead, we were told that our room was still not ready. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing other guests who were just checking in receive their room keys while we continued waiting. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were finally given our key card—only to discover that it didn't work. We couldn't even enter our room and had to return to the reception, where we waited for almost another 30 minutes while the staff tried to figure out what was wrong. The most disappointing part was that I had to follow up multiple times before anyone offered us another room. There was very little communication, no sense of urgency, and no apology that made us feel our time was valued. We booked this hotel specifically because we were attending a concert and wanted a comfortable place to rest and freshen up beforehand. Instead, because of the delays, we had no opportunity to shower, change comfortably, or even rest. We ended up going straight to the concert feeling exhausted and frustrated, which completely defeated the purpose of booking the hotel in the first place. Our room was at Richmond Eastwood. While I understand it may be managed separately, the staff from Richmond were the ones assisting us. Unfortunately, it genuinely felt like guests who booked directly with Richmond were given better treatment and priority than those who booked through this property. Whether or not that was actually the case, that was certainly how the experience made us feel. When we checked out, the staff gave us a complimentary cake, which we appreciate as a kind gesture. However, by that point, the damage had already been done. The delays, inconvenience, and frustration had already ruined our mood and our overall experience. While the cake was a nice attempt to make up for what happened, it couldn't undo the time we lost or the experience we were hoping to have. It's unfortunate because the hotel itself has so much potential. The ambiance is wonderful, but great facilities mean very little when the service falls far below expectations. We left feeling disappointed and would think twice before staying here again.

Very nice and big room with all modern amenities. Nice swimming pool . Breakfast menu options limited but chef curate to your needs to fullest. Very cordial front desk

La piscine est superbe et peu fréquentée. La chambre est agréable. Mon seul regret est l'absence de cuiseur à riz dans la chambre où nous avons été relogés. Mais dans l'ensemble, c'était bien, surtout vu le prix. Notre petit garçon a passé un excellent séjour.

Le personnel était très ami, mais il y avait beaucoup d'équipements décrits ici qui n'étaient pas disponibles, comme la piscine et la salle de sport. Notre AC dans la chambre ne s'arrêterait pas aussi, et j'ai dû demander à quelqu'un d'entrer pour qu'il commence (il n'y avait pas assez de batteries dans la télécommunication!) Le centre de l'hôtel était en construction, ils ne pouvaient pas nous offrir un parking, ce qui était inconvenant. Sur ce point, j'ai demandé un check-out tard la nuit précédente, ce que la personne du bureau frontal a dit que cela serait possible puisque l'hôtel était un peu vide, mais le matin suivant, la personne du bureau frontal a insisté que nous devions payer PHP 450/hour pour un check-out tardif. Mais en général, j'aime la chambre et le bureau de la nuit et je voudrais certainement revoir une fois la construction achevée.
