Perfect location, all staff really welcoming and helpful. Room as described. Breakfast really good lots of variety and vegan food as well.We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Wroclaw is beautiful, definitely a must.

Mixed feelings and let me explain why. Everything is brand new and very well designed, studios look great, just like in photos, lighting is nice, materials used are good. From visual pov it's all perfect, but there are some things that are crucial for good hotel experience that are lacking here. First of all beds are soft, too soft for me, same I can say about pillows - they lack that premium feeling. Next issue? Water pressure under the shower is low and as it's all brand new, I guess that's on purpose and I don't like it. And one last thing that caught me off guard - even if you have breakfast included, there are ”extra options”, that are freshly made that you need to extra pay for on the spot. Tbh it's a first time I met with such solutions and I don't get it - if breakfast is included in my room rate, why I have to pay extra cash for some poached eggs? Car park has a pretty narrow entrance but spacious spots so plus for that.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Altus Wrocław. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the design is absolutely beautiful — luxurious, elegant, and truly “wow” from the moment you walk in. The interior details are impressive and give a very high-end feeling. The staff were friendly, warm, and very helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even more pleasant. All of the amenities feel premium and well-maintained. The room itself was fantastic — stylish, comfortable, and very well equipped. Another big advantage is the location. The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, making it very easy to travel around the city. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Wrocław!

My stay at Q Hotel Plus Wrocław was defined by quiet excellence and thoughtful precision, where every detail seemed guided by care and professionalism. The hotel’s facilities were modern and refined, offering comfort without excess, while the rooms stood out for their immaculate cleanliness and serene order. Its location in Wrocław struck a rare balance between accessibility and calm, allowing seamless connection to the city’s pulse while preserving a sense of retreat. Altogether, the experience felt cohesive and elevated, leaving an impression of understated luxury rooted in service, cleanliness, and thoughtful design.

The room was nice, small but compact. TV was mainly Polish channels, but CNN and Euro News was available. Shower wasn't brilliant (poor head of pressure). Lack of facilities as you enter Lobby - save for a couple of seats in reception, the only other area was the bar which was open at restricted days/hours. Expected room to be cleaned daily, however, this has to be requested. Tea/Coffee very limited,basic - no coffee machine. Wardrobe had few hangers, but rest of room did have enough drawers and places to pop things on. Ordered Taxi at reception 'special taxi' @ 80 Zloty, only to find the Taxi driver wanted 130 Zloty at airport arrival. Clearly this was a bad mistake by the hotel and left us a little stressed, though in the end git charged 80 Zloty. I would put the overall experience as 3 to 3.1/2 rather than a 4*

Le premier point à souligner est son emplacement idéal : en plein cœur de la ville, face à l'emblématique hôtel de ville de Wrocław (visible depuis les fenêtres de la salle commune au 3e étage, voir mes photos). Malgré l'affluence touristique quasi permanente dans le quartier, nous n'avons entendu aucun bruit depuis notre chambre, qui donnait sur la cour intérieure. La chambre, au 2e étage, était minuscule mais suffisante. La cuisine commune est équipée d'un réfrigérateur. Les douches sont à bouton-poussoir, chaque dose étant excessivement courte, et les cabines sont petites et dépourvues de cintres. Il faut donc être prudent pour éviter de mouiller ses affaires ou les laisser à l'extérieur. L'immeuble ne possède pas d'ascenseur. L'ensemble (à l'exception de la salle commune, très élégante) est un peu délabré et pourrait être plus rangé et propre, mais l'auberge est globalement propre et correcte. Au moment de notre départ, nous avons pu laisser nos bagages à l'auberge jusqu'au soir, ce dont nous sommes très reconnaissants.

I stayed here with a friend for one nights and was honestly surprised by how well-equipped the apartment was. We had a microwave, induction hob, cooking utensils, dishes, and even a proper sink and workspace—it’s the kind of setup you usually don’t get at this price range. The room was clean and bright, the bathroom was spotless, and yes—the air conditioning actually works! It was such a relief after spending a long hot day walking around the city. There was no hairdryer, which is something to note, but overall the comfort level was great. Location-wise, it’s a bit far from the city center—we decided to walk and it took us about 50 minutes on foot (yes, we’re a bit crazy). But it’s also reachable by public transport if you prefer not to go full-pilgrimage mode like we did. All in all, it’s a great spot for travelers who want a quiet, clean, and functional base for exploring Wrocław. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Hotel Europejski Wrocław was a mixed experience, with both positives and areas for improvement. Booking the hotel was a breeze, especially through Trip.com. The process was straightforward and hassle-free, which added to the convenience of our trip. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the city centre and public transportation. One of the highlights of our stay was the mulled wine and winter tea served at the hotel café. They were absolutely delightful and perfect for the chilly winter weather! The room ambience was almost similar to Hotel Hetman in Warsaw—cozy and functional—but there were some issues. Every time we entered, the room smelled like wet carpet, which was unpleasant. Additionally, it lacked basic amenities such as an iron, ironing board, fridge, and slippers, which was disappointing. The room also wasn’t warm enough for winter, although the water heater and pressure were consistent, which was a relief. Unfortunately, the walls were quite thin, and we could hear our neighbours talking, which affected the overall comfort. Housekeeping did an excellent job of ensuring the room was tidy, though they strictly followed the “clean my room” tag system. On one occasion, even with the tag hung, our room wasn’t cleaned, but it was resolved the next day. The café staff were friendly and attentive, even though one staff member had limited English. Their effort to serve us to the best of their ability was commendable. Breakfast, however, was underwhelming, especially compared to our previous stays at Hotel Hetman in Warsaw and Hampton by Hilton Krakow Airport, which offered a more varied and higher-quality breakfast experience. Overall, while the hotel has its advantages, such as its location, easy booking process, and some friendly staff, the room conditions, breakfast, and service inconsistencies leave room for improvement. That said, don’t miss the mulled wine and winter tea if you stay here!

J'ai réservé un lit dans un dortoir de 6 lits. Le dortoir est assez grand, on ne s'y sent pas à l'étroit. Le lit est un lit superposé avec un matelas correct. Ce dortoir donne accès à une salle de bain privative (douche, WC, lavabo). Tout était propre. On a également accès à une cuisine pour 5 PLN. L'espace commun est petit mais agréable. Le Wi-Fi est bon. On bénéficie de 500 Mo gratuits. Internet illimité pour 3,99 PLN ! Location de serviettes : 5 PLN + 10 PLN de caution remboursable. Petit-déjeuner buffet à 19,99 PLN. À 250 m d'une supérette Žabka. À 1,5 km de la place Rynek. À 750 m de l'arrêt de bus 106 (pour l'aéroport). À 850 m de la gare de Główny. Concernant le personnel, j'ai été accueillie par Natalia, qui est adorable et très sympathique. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour un court ou un long séjour.
