Hôtels près de Parque Central, San Juan

L'hôtel est un ancien hôtel ouvert depuis de nombreuses années. La grande terrasse côté mer est très agréable.

The location itself was not bad, but for paying this much for a hotel of this caliber, having to pay for parking that is not dedicated to the hotel itself was a little bit of a nuisance. The staff at the front were friendly. They helped us get check in to our room on the seventh floor, and they had a great attitude and service skills. The room itself was fairly clean. The only reason I took one point off out of five is due to the fact that there was some bunched up hair behind the towel in the shower. Other than that, the room was nice and quite comfortable. Our stay overnight was uneventful, with no noise or interruptions. Everything was conveniently located on our floor and we were situated far from the elevator as requested. My biggest complaints are the staff at the bar/breakfast lounge and the amenities provided. There were a little to no amenities. All we were given was an $18 voucher for food or drinks and a $9 voucher for drinks only, both redeemable at the bar/breakfast lounge. This was a little bit annoying as there was not even a continental breakfast as found at cheaper hotels than this one. In addition, the food voucher barely covered the price of any of the selections, and the drink voucher was only usable for one drink, even if we tried to get two drinks within the $9 value. If we did try to get two drinks of $4.50, they would say that the voucher was only good for one drink up to $9 (which is not specified on the details of the voucher). To make things worse. The vouchers were treated more as coupons, so we still had to pay taxes on the price of the whole meal and drinks for the two vouchers that already did not provide enough for a small breakfast for two. Overall, the amenities provided were the bare minimum for a hotel of this price: Gym Pool Basic room service Blow dryer Clothes steamer Limited cable TV Ice machine Wi-Fi Guest laundry Bar The penny-pinching of this hotel was next level. From the lackluster vouchers to the nonexistent complementary breakfast, I was shocked at how little they provided at such a high price. If I had known this was going to be the case, I would have rather paid the extra money to stay at the Sheraton hotel right across the street.  Overall, our stay overnight was still pleasant and comfortable. But we were unimpressed with the services and amenities provided for the price we paid. I would only recommend this place if you were looking for a “fancy/high class” place to stay overnight and are not interested in paying extra for other amenities. Even still, if you’re looking for a cheap place to stay that is comfortable, I’m sure you could find something significantly cheaper than this that still manages to provide the same amenities, if not more. 

Hôtel très bien situé dans le vieux San Juan. La chambre était spacieuse et propre.

La pièce est très grande et j'ai spécialement réservé une chambre avec cuisine pour pouvoir cuisiner des plats simples, ce qui est super😊. La piscine à débordement offre une vue magnifique et il y a des chaises longues sur la plage au bord de la mer.

La chambre et la piscine étaient très propres. Le personnel était ami et efficace pour sortir des boissons à la piscine. Le personnel du bureau de front répondit à mes questions avec politesse et efficacité. Dans une grande localisation- vous pouvez aller à la zone Condado facilement ainsi que d'autres endroits pour manger dans la zone Miramar

Good resort , on the beach. Convenient to snorkel from the hotel beach. The resort breakfast restaurant was under going renovations so they set the breakfast up in a makeshift meeting room. There is a Starbucks located within the building so regretted buying overpriced breakfast package. Parking is in the garage across the building, a little inconvenient. Valet parking is available though.

Excellent place pour rester très proche de tous les magasins et toutes les attractions touristiques, bien que nous soyons originaux de l'île, nous vivons actuellement aux États-Unis. Nous étions très heureux de savoir comment héberger le service, et comment j'étais esthétique la vue de l'entier. Je resterais certainement ici encore. Très recommandé.

Ahhh par où commencer ? J'ai passé un moment incroyable dans cette auberge. J'ai toujours été accueillie de manière très amicale et les chambres étaient toujours nettoyées et bien entretenues par l'excellente femme de ménage, Edwin. Il était si gentil et a donné d'excellentes recommandations, et a gardé la salle de bain et la chambre très bien entretenues et propres. Dinelys et Nina étaient tous les deux très serviables et accueillants, d'autant plus que c'était ma première fois dans une auberge. J'ai tellement aimé ma première fois que je suis revenue pour 4 nuits supplémentaires quelques jours plus tard ! Et Dieu merci, j'ai rencontré des gens incroyables lors de ma prochaine visite ! Le toit est magnifique et je me suis sentie très à l'aise. La plage est à 6-10 minutes à pied et il y a beaucoup de nourriture et de magasins aux alentours. Je reviendrai absolument la prochaine fois que je serai à San Juan ! 🤍🤍

La chambre de l'hôtel est relativement petite, mais elle est plus économique que d'autres hôtels, le voyage 1-2 jour est plus approprié, il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner, il a acheté quelque chose à manger dans le supermarché et il y a un restaurant à proximité. Le patron est chinois, très gentil.

Belle vue et mon fils de 3 ans a apprécié le toboggan aquatique.
