Hôtels près de Gare routière de Hat Yai, Hat Yai

Un bien bel endroit et un personnel aux petits soins. Contact très agréable et attentionné. Chambre très confortable et bien équipée. Hautement recommandé.

The hotel is clean but location wise not very strategic as it located quite far from the city & attractions, at least 15 mins car ride, only 1 small 7-11 nearby. Also, during our check out, the receptionist said they couldn’t find one of the face towel and insisted us to pay, in fact we did not even use any of their towel and we suspect that maybe the housekeeper took away on the first day of house keeping, however we r in a rush so we just pay for it at the end.

My stays at Richmann are consistently characterized by cleanliness and comfort. I particularly enjoyed the pool and the refreshing ”buy one get one free” cocktail offer, which significantly contributed to a relaxing and tranquil short getaway. One area for improvement could be the delivery of Grab Food to rooms. I recommend considering the implementation of a robot for this service, especially if manpower constraints are a factor.

We love the overall cleanliness and the quiet location. The room was rather spacious yet well maintained, however the only downside is the washroom was a bit small

Situé à environ 1 km du Lee Garden/Centara Hotel (8 à 10 minutes à pied), l'hôtel propose des chambres propres et bien équipées, avec une grande télévision proposant quelques chaînes. Le personnel est sympathique et serviable. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Près de l'aéroport, belle chambre propre, bon lit, oreillers moelleux, sommeil confortable.

L'hygiène de l'hôtel est bien maintenue. Nous aimons l'atmosphère. Si vous avez besoin de faire des courses, il y a un mini-buffet Big C juste devant l'hôtel. L'entrée pour l'hôtel est derrière Big C. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, donc le personnel nous a aidé à transporter nos bagages. Nous avons vérifié à la fin de l'heure et le personnel sur le devoir de la réceptionniste que la nuit n'était pas si amicale. Le personnel que nous avons rencontré plus tôt le matin et pendant le check-out était confortable et chaud. La télévision n'était pas une télévision intelligente, il n'y a que 3 chaînes de presse disponibles.

The best part about this hotel is definitely it's location. Next to the hotel is one of the largest 7 eleven in Hatyai and there are plenty of good street food and restaurants. Lee Garden and Kim Yong are also a short walk away. They do have parking but it is a bit limited.
