Hôtels près de Université Hatyai, Hat Yai

Un bien bel endroit et un personnel aux petits soins. Contact très agréable et attentionné. Chambre très confortable et bien équipée. Hautement recommandé.

J ai séjourné 4 nuits dans cet hôtel Tout d abord, l accueil fut professionnel et formidable, idem avec le personnel de l hôtel, tout le monde est souriant et avec cette envie de satisfaire la moindre de vos demandes. L hôtel est propre et très bien entretenu, j y ai passé un séjour reposant et je reviendrais si je suis de nouveau de passage à hat yai.

Mon 2e séjour dans cet hôtel. Il y a un petit parking et beaucoup de parking de rue. Le grand 7 onze est 5 minutes de marche et le jardin et le marché kim yong est 10 minutes de marche. Le lit est confortable et le toilette est propre avec une bonne pression d'eau

hôtel très beau design architectural. Grand piscine. J'ai réservé une chambre avec baignoire, peut profiter de la soak chaude chaque nuit 👍🏼 Situation légèrement hors de la ville (moyenne 15mins de grippe à la ville), n° 711 à pied.

L'hôtel est très confortable et confortable pour séjourner. Si vous devez aller à la ville autour de vous, prenez un coup ou un tuk tuk à l'arrivée de 10 minutes.

I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

Ants were on the comb and electric shaver. Maybe previous guests washed food items at the washing basin. Bed Comfort: 6/10 Bed mattress is firm/hard; backache if you sleep too long on it Pillow is quite high. One extra pillow is available in the wardrobe Room Amneties: 8/10 Desk for writing or laptop use Chair has no seat cushion, so a bit hard to sit on Many power points Table space for charging phones Lighting is good Vanity desk with mirror Flat-screen TV with Thai and English channels Fridge 2 drinking glasses No kettle No hair dryer 4 bottles of mineral water provided every day (2 for fridge) Basic toiletries provided in toilet - toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, earbuds, shampoo, bodywash Some furnishing were slightly worn-out or damaged Balcony has washing basin and small clothes-drying rack WiFi: 9/10 188-380 Mbps Download Speed / 162-406 Mbps Upload Speed on SpeedTest app Aircon: 10/10 At 28 celcius degrees temperature setting, it is cold enough to cool the room Shower Comfort: 7/10 Water-saving shower head means water output is somewhat limited Shower area is spacious enough No sliding door at shower area means water gets to the toilet area when taking a shower Location: 7/10 Not close to tourist attractions; long walk (2km) or use Grab (about 70 THB at time of writing) Morning mobile food stalls nearby (from about 6:30am to 9:00am) Small local restaurants nearby No public transport (that I noticed) Small mini-mart nearby (Vogue Supermarket) 15-min walk to Big-C supermarket, food court and shopping mall Opposite Bangkok Hospital 7-Eleven store at Bangkok Hospital is closed for renovation at time of writing Customer Service: 8/10 Receptionist does not greet guests. Mostly looking at their phone. Generally polite when you talk to them. Idk if this is miscommunication or what, but they don't have iron..? Not even the shared one..? We do ask the receptionist, but they say don't have huhu. So, well.. i end up travel with tudung sarung and wrinkly pants and shirt... 😌 other than that, everything is okey. Nice location. Near 7/11, money changer, lee garden night market, railway station, spa for massages
