« L'emplacement est idéal, tout près du marché de nuit de l'ASEAN, de la gare routière de Hat Yai et d'un 7-Eleven. Arrivés vers 9h30, nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir nous enregistrer sans problème. La caution est de 200 bahts en espèces. Un fer à repasser et de l'eau chaude sont disponibles sur demande. L'établissement se compose de deux bâtiments, un de chaque côté de la route. L'intérieur est très récent et confortable, et le prix est vraiment abordable vu l'emplacement. Je le recommande vivement. J'y retournerai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain séjour à Hat Yai. »

« The bed is clean, aircond is so cool, has tv but only thai channels, the shower is warm enough. This hotel is around 2km away from lee garden. Book a Maxim ride for 55 - 70 baht per trip. Food is cheaper here than lee garden but massage is slightly more expensive. Roughly around 350 baht per hour whereas at lee garden you can easily get 200 baht. Nearby asean night bazaar and greenway night market are walking distance »

« L'hôtel est très chaud (pas sûr pourquoi il est sans climatisation), le séjour est bon et la situation est aussi belle que McD, KFC et Kru-Pa Yad est juste à l'opposé de l'hôtel.
Les seuls cons sont la localisation car il n'est pas si proche de la zone de Lee Garden, mais il est dans la gamme de conduite et il est très proche de Central Hatyai et Macro. La chambre est OK, nous avons loué 2 chambres, l'une des deux a eu la question de blocage de l'eau, qui n'a pas fini par résoudre.... Mais la résidence globale est OK, car nous sommes en dehors de l'hôtel la plupart du temps »

Had a wonderful stay at Saran Inn! The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The price was also very reasonable, making it great value for money.
What impressed us the most was the amazing staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They even helped us find a motorcycle rental shop, which made our trip so much easier. We really appreciated their kindness and excellent service.
The only funny thing was the elevator—it made me a little nervous every time I used it 😂. But everything worked fine, and it definitely gave us something to laugh about.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for an affordable, comfortable place to stay with outstanding hospitality, I highly recommend Saran Inn. Thank you to all the amazing staff for making our trip even more enjoyable! »

« La location est superbe. C'est l'autre côté de Central Hatyai où vous pouvez acheter quand vous vous sentez comme ça. Il y a un 7-Eleven à côté de l'hôtel, pas besoin de vous inquiéter si vous avez besoin de prendre quelques morceaux pendant la nuit. Grab voyage est également très pratique. C'est ma troisième séjour dans cet hôtel. »

« La chambre est parfaite, nous avons réussi à nous enregistrer tôt pour une chambre afin de pouvoir poser nos bagages. C'est loin du centre de Hatyai mais dans le quartier lui-même se trouve le plus grand centre commercial, le Central Mall. Il y a aussi l'hypermarché Makro où vous pouvez acheter de nombreuses collations pour les souvenirs. Le marché nocturne de l'ASEAN est accessible à pied, à environ 1 km. Leur petit-déjeuner est très bon. Il est cuisiné individuellement selon votre choix. »

Le service était excellent, le personnel était chaud, professionnel, attentif, et allait au-dessus et au-delà pour assurer une expérience mémorable. IInvitéJ’ai trop aimé cet Hôtel, spacieuse chambre très propre, les draps d’une propreté remarquable ♥️👍 chambre avec vue sur la piscine, très bien situé marché nocturne, resto, massage, boutiques, animations de la ville .. on dort comme des bb mention spéciale à la dame de la réception pour son sourire et son professionnalisme : Yuwanda et au bagagiste: Wirut merci à eux et merci à Trip jamais déçu 👍♥️

IInvitéI checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place.
Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place.
I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels.
On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either.
My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents.
Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

Le personnel est sympathique et serviable. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

La chambre est la plus grande avec balcon, réfrigérateur, garde-robe, télévision, table, miroir et etc. Lit confortable, réfrigérateur. Les personnels sont amicaux. Distance à pied à nomjeen na Halal restaurant, café amazon, le 7e le plus grand dans hatyai aussi grand supermarché C extra. Le séjour à cet hôtel me satisfait vraiment 2. Réservez ici.

IInvitéThe hotel hygiene is well maintained. We love the ambience. If you need to shop, there’s a mini Big C store right infront of the hotel. Entrance for hotel is behind Big C.
There’s no lift, so the staff helped us to carry our luggage. We checked in late around 9pm and the staff on the duty at the receptionist that night wasn’t so friendly. Had the difficulty to communicate and gave us look when she was frustrated. The staff we meet earlier in the morning and during the checkout were nice and warm.
The TV was not a smart tv, so there’s only 3 news channel available. Tv remote control not functioning. The blind/curtain is see through.
