Nice location. New property is clean and stylish. Aesthetically pleasing. Very clean. Comfortable. Love the toiletries. This is where it ends. Check-in was pleasant enough, but not a warm welcome. It seemed as though you are an inconvenience. Also, poor communication as the lady was looking something up in the computer, but did not let me know, so you're just standing there waiting for an answer. An Atwell card in the room read ”if you need anything, let us know”. Well, I was in need of a shower cap but they didn't have any. There is only 1 dining room chair, I asked for more, but the receptionist said ”I can't get ahold of anyone so I think that's all we have”. Last item request was for a bowl as we brought our own breakfast due to dietary needs and of course, ”we don't have those but you can come down for breakfast”. Advice: You can ask for items, but that's where it ends. Most hotels have basic amenities for travelers, but not this place. I doubt we'll be returning to this place as there are many other hotels in the area that are more prepared for travelers.

L'hôtel dispose d'un lobby immaculat et d'un personnel amiable. La chambre était propre avec des équipements typiques attendus. Ils disposent d'une très grande salle de fitness avec une bonne sélection d'équipements. Il n'y a pas de piscine ni petit déjeuner gratuit, mais cet hôtel a rencontre tout ce que j'avais besoin.

I stayed at the Westin the night before my flight because I didn't want to panic about getting to the airport on time. I'd heard Westin is good quality and the location really is so convenient so I splurged. I kind of wish I hadn't. The room was very basic. The shower was nice, but there was nothing about my stay that made me think ”worth every penny!” Especially since they charge for internet. Good things: the staff are delightful although they definitely seemed understaffed and a bit stressed. The rooms are very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It's AT the airport and so easy to navigate! I asked for some extra water and they brought a lot. The room service food was so good. Meh things: the carpet made me super glad I brought my own slippers. It didn't seem dirty, but something about carpeted hotel rooms are kind of icky. The coffee cups were all paper and I just felt like I was making a lot of trash when all I wanted was evening tea and morning coffee. Boo things: not even an hour of free wifi? Just straight up ”pay 18 extra dollars on top of the hundreds for a basic room so you can tell your family you arrived ok and make sure you know where to go at the airport tomorrow.” I don't know, I'm not a business guy but it felt very cheap and petty.

There are lots of dust in front of their air conditioner in my room. I turned off right away because I have allergies for dust. It was outdated but their bed was still very comfortable.

Superbe place. Vous êtes allé à Denver pour une conférence. Cet hôtel au centre-ville était très proche de la place. Chambre propre et spacieuse. Très bon personnel. Ils ont également stocké mes bagages avant d'entrer. Recommandé!

Nous n'y avons passé qu'une soirée. Nous sommes allés au match de baseball à pied et sommes revenus. Le séjour a été rapide et nous n'avons pas passé beaucoup de temps dans notre chambre. L'hôtel était très propre, le personnel sympathique et l'enregistrement s'est déroulé sans problème. J'ai pu m'inscrire à l'abonnement Marriott.

The staff were super nice and helpful, rooms were clean and the atmosphere was pretty cool. Our biggest complaint is the giant see-through window in the shower that anyone in the bedroom could pretty much see you naked, that frosted glass was not blocking anything out. Probably fine if you’re in the room alone or with a partner, but if you maybe have friends for acquaintances stop by while you’re still getting ready or if you share a room with your kid… It’s just kind of weird.  There also was not an exhaust fan in the bathroom, which I think was needed. Also water from the shower door soaked the ground every time, but that’s pretty common in most hotel rooms with a glass door. It also would’ve been nice to have had more than two towels in the room. I will still stay here again because I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the location was perfect for what I needed.

Le personnel était très ami et confortable. La situation était grande. Tout ce qu'on avait besoin était à pied à distance pour nous. L'objectif n'était pas trop loin, assez proche pour marcher. Dès le centre de la ville. La zone n'était pas mauvaise quand on était là. Nous avons fait un tournoi de volleyball au centre de la convention et la marche était d'environ 5 minutes. Super rapide. Mon seul plainte était qu'il n'y a pas de micro-ondes dans la chambre. Il y a cependant un réfrigérateur. Parking coûteux, j'ai utilisé l'app Spot Hero et parqué dans le garage juste derrière l'hôtel. Literalement à 2 minutes de marche ou moins. Il était moins de 30 $ pour parquer vendredi jusqu'au lundi. Mais lire les termes si vous décidez de le faire. Vous ne pouvez pas rentrer et sortir si vous parchez là. Il est juste parking et laissez votre voiture là jusqu'à ce que vous ayez fait votre séjour et quittez. Les chambres étaient propres et la vue n'était pas grande mais décente. Pas de piscine intérieure mais il y a une piscine au toit qui est ouverte saisonnièrement. Ce n'est pas pendant les mois froids.
