This hotel is located near Penn. The restaurant downstairs is average. For parking, the nearby parking lot is $24 a day and you need to walk a distance. The room is average, but the attitude of the staff is very enthusiastic. The best choice for breakfast is WAWA. The food in this chain supermarket is cheap and delicious. Be careful not to exceed the time limit when parking on the roadside. There are surprisingly many law enforcement officers here.

The hotel is excellently located for exploring downtown Philly—just steps away from major attractions, restaurants, and public transit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-priced, with all the essentials I needed for a short stay. While the space—especially the bathroom—was on the smaller side, it was functional. The only major downside was an unexpected fire alarm at 4am, which was quite disruptive. Overall, a solid option if location and value are your top priorities.

C'était un hôtel très propre. Le métro est juste à côté, ce qui est très pratique. De plus, si vous allez tout droit vers le nord, vous trouverez l'Hôtel de Ville, vous ne vous tromperez donc pas. La salle de sport dispose également d'haltères pesant environ 35 kg. De plus, la réception, le personnel d'étage et la femme de ménage étaient tous très sympathiques et m'ont donné une bonne impression. Il y avait aussi de l'eau de bienvenue et des biscuits.

Overall, I am not making a major complaint, but I do think the property should invest more in the quality of the rooms, breakfast, and basic items provided. Given the price charged, the experience could be much better. It may be acceptable for students or longer basic stays, but for adult travelers expecting hotel-level comfort and service, I would only recommend it for a short stay.

Juan at the front desk saved the day as I needed to change two rooms- the first one was dirty and the second one smelled like smoke. Juan made sure he got me a room that was clean and even went with me to make sure. The staff is courteous and professional.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour pendant le week-end du Super Bowl. Le temps était magnifique, le service était excellent et les levers et couchers de soleil étaient magnifiques. J'ai pu déguster d'excellents plats dans les environs de l'hôtel, et tout le personnel est très sympathique et offre toujours un service client exceptionnel. J'y retournerai. J'adore la piscine et la salle de sport.
