Hôtels près de Stade FirstEnergy Stadium, Cleveland

Always a very pleasant stay after our annual tradition of seeing the Cleveland orchestra Christmas program. Service is always top notch along with location and a nice breakfast. Will stay there every chance we can.

L'hôtel est très belle, le vieux jazz est riche, il aime le papier d'art et les lampes de toit, la salle est propre et sanitaire, l'hôtel est situé au centre-ville de Cliveland, la comodité de voyage, l'attitude du personnel de la réception est très bonne, la première chambre est proche du garage avec un grand bruit de machines, Après la promotion, j'ai changé une chambre tranquille très satisfaisante.

Le petit déjeuner est à la carte, pas sous forme de buffet. Le café est Starbucks. Les serveurs sont horribles, et l'hygiène est superficielle ! L'hôtel se trouve dans la ville universitaire, à 10 minutes du musée de Cleveland. Le musée est gratuit, mais il est fermé le lundi ! L'église en face de l'hôtel !

A part l'emplacement, rien d'autre ne mérite le mot Renaissance. Hygiène : sale et médiocre Chambre : petite Frais : cher

The attitude of the manager at the front desk was bad compared with all other Hyatt we stayed. The room we booked included the breakfast, but manager denied it even after we showed him the booking records, what is more, he almost got away with double charging the room… fortunately, I was able to check the credit card records before leaving the hotel and caught the charge before leaving…. I felt very sorry for this Hyatt hotel, it is beautiful, full of history, in a right downtown location, but I noticed the occupancy is not a very good, the lobby and hallway are very empty, maybe there’s something to do with this Manager…. with his attitude, I could not be the only customer who left the hotel with such unbelievable impression…..

La chambre est très vieille, il faut séjourner à 4 heures. L'écriture d'un courrier pour l'hôtel ne répond pas complètement à la consultation. La première fois, deux énormes ventilateurs ont été remplacés en coordination avec le gestionnaire de la réception. Il n'y avait pas de remorqueurs, de dents, mais il n'y avait pas de tas de dents. Car Hilton était rempli, il n'y avait pas de solution pour choisir cette maison.

Отель так себе. На полу нет ковра. Находится далеко от станции метро. Достаточно дорогой для других отелей в Кливленде такого же уровня. Кондиционер плохо отапливал комнату. На следующий день переехал в другой отель.

This hotel is aging, but the location is amazing! We traveled to Cleveland for my son's birthday trip to a Cavs game. Upon arrival, the valet was extremely congested. No one came out to welcome us or anything so I thought all the valet were out parking cars. Instead, three of them were inside, laughing and talking. There was no mention of cost anywhere, so I was very surprised at the $50/day charge upon checkout. Considering it took them an hour to bring my car back to me upon check out, I would say that charge is VERY exaggerated. When we went to check in, I was surprised that they needed a credit card to hold $200 on. I prepaid and expected they would need a card on file, not to hold funds. Anyway, our first room seemed nice. It had an amazing view of Rocket Arena. But, I decided to rest a minute and when I looked at the ceiling, it was falling apart!! This was something I decided to give a pass on, considering the age of the building. However, when I got up to shower and there was a huge clump of long brown hair on the wall, that was too much for me. I went to the front desk and they were very nice about the issue and quickly moved us to another room. The rooms are basic. There is an armoire with an iron, two bottles of water, a coffee maker and coffee and a mini fridge. The televisions in the rooms are very large, that was nice. Check out was easy, just a lobby full of people all waiting for their cars to show up! The only other thing I can say is that I paid for a supreme room through Trip and was only given a standard room. So, there must be a miscommunication between Trip and the hotels. Be wary...

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful — when I arrived soaking wet from the rain, they immediately gave me a towel and offered me free water, which was such a thoughtful gesture. My room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. I truly appreciated the warm and attentive service.

Prix raisonnable, bureau frontal utile, la chambre est bonne seule question est qu'elle est assez chaude avec chauffage et la clé de la porte avait des problèmes parce que la chose de la pad de swipe sur la porte était obsolète, mais il y avait très utile et d'autres chambres étaient fines de ce que je pouvais voir. Je reviendrais ici.
