La chambre est propre et propre, les installations sont toujours spécialement dans le bain. Le petit déjeuner est buffet ou un simple bouquet, les plats de buffet sont pas très classiques, ne imaginez pas comme dans le pays. À 10 minutes à pied, il y a deux lignes bleu et jaune à la station King Street, qui peuvent aller jusqu'au centre-ville.

Wonderful stylish hotel with a great location- close to the free bus service whixh can get you to the metro to go to DC. The area itself is very nice with a great vibe and good food option. The restaraunt within the hotel is great too, the Kiln- excellent for breakfast or dinner. The staff are very helpful and are quick to resolve any issues. I stayed for 5 nights and hsd an exceptional exeprience all in all- I felaly do rate this place as full marks.

I am glad I didn’t pay full price ($350/night) for this. Great location and everything looks nice from the outside and the lobby. The room is decent from the looks but once you stay in there, you will realized nothing is working properly. The AC/Heater was not working, the control for the AC/Heater doesn’t work so the AC was blasting cold air all night on NYE!!! So we were both freezing and it was 2am! The TV only have 5 channels and 2 are the same as the other 2, so in reality only 3 channels. The TV quality is also very outdated. Feel like we were watching TV from the 80s/90s when it was the actual 2024 NYE concerts. And on the 5th channel, it is just showing how DirectTV subscription is expired, like what? The Wifi in the room is not free unless you are a Bonvoy member. There was less than a quarter roll of toilet paper on the Tp dispenser and they also didn’t provide a second roll. The body wash pump was empty and the shampoo ran out. The bottom side of the toilet seat looks very filthy as if they haven’t clean that part of the toilet seat in a while. The floor of the bathroom was also very dirty. We usually check if we can ask for a late check-out the night before, but we called the front desk with no answers. When they finally answered, they said we have to call back at 7am to let us know. Ehh Hello? The whole point of getting a late check out is so we can sleep in? So I had to set an alarm to call back at 7am to get a 1pm check out. It was a bit annoying. This was a big disappointment for me because this was supposed to be a nice hotel from Marriott as the Autograph Collection. Especially for $350 a night in the middle of Old Town Alexandria, I had expected better quality. Not to mention the chaos during check-in. Seems like there were only 4 workers there for HUNDReDs of customer. People were angry about being stuck in the parking garage and no one can help them and they gave a lady a room that currently already have someone checked-in. Apparently the lady opened the door when the guy was showering in the room. What a chaos!

C'est l'auberge de jeunesse. C'est aussi le meilleur. Bonne location. C'est un endroit que je veux vraiment aller la prochaine fois. Je vais revoir. Merci.

Ctrip a réservé deux chambres à lit double, prêtes à s'enregistrer à la réception, et un seul lit double a été répondu. Le service client de Ctrip était toujours occupé. Plus tard, un service client m'a appelé pour parler à la réception de l'hôtel et les a remis à l'hôtel. Après un code de confirmation à l'intérieur, l'hôtel a trouvé une autre section du département, ou un lit double. Le téléphone du service client a changé la réception de l'hôtel en un grand lit. La réception a refusé, a déclaré que cela ne pouvait pas être changé et a finalement dû attendre que Ctrip pour négocier, environ une heure avant et après. Enfin, je suis allé voir le responsable de service de l'hôtel pour expliquer la situation avant de pouvoir m'enregistrer. J'ai obtenu ma carte de chambre à 20h50 et à 22h00. Après une longue journée de fatigue, c'était un peu moche de rencontrer cela. L'emplacement est relativement proche et le prix est relativement bon marché. Après tout, Hilton est un grand nom, mais ce type d'hôtel est payant et cher pour le petit-déjeuner. Je pense toujours que Holiday Inn et Crown Plaza sont meilleurs et rentables.

La vue est très bonne, les installations sont complètes, il y a des micro-ondes, un réfrigérateur, une bonne hygiène, un restaurant et des pharmacies, etc. Le service de la réception est soigneux, il y a des questions et des réponses.

Pas mal, il y a des supermarchés à proximité et de nombreux restaurants où l'on peut simplement manger. Un peu plus loin, des taxis sont obligatoires pour entrer et sortir de la ville.
