Hôtels près de Parc d'État de Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach

This hotel was nice and clean. VERY clean!! Great location!!! They were recently renovated so they were still working out the glitches but overall a good stay. Would have been great if my husband and I could have gotten a room on an upper floor but they weren't able to do so. But next time I will just make sure I request an upper floor when booking. Also I want to shout out the housekeeping staff. They were truly so friendly and kind. We will definitely be back. Oh and one thing I think needs to be added is a table. My husband and I order out and eat in the room but we had nowhere to eat but on the bed.

We stayed as a family of five — three children and two adults — and overall everything was good. The only downside was that the sofa was a bit uncomfortable, but it was fine for the kids. One small issue: we found a tiny baby cockroach in the bathroom/toilet at night, probably came from somewhere. The staff were friendly and smiling. Our room wasn’t cleaned during the stay, but that was because we didn’t request it. The balcony was nice, and it’s clear the place was renovated not long ago — everything felt clean and pleasant. The heated pool and jacuzzi were a big plus, especially on the cold and windy days.

L'alarme de feu s'est évacuée à environ 230m. L'intercom était disant évacuation. Ma famille a pris des escaliers pour évacuer mais c'était un faux alarme, craignant mon 7 ans si mauvais parce qu'il pensait qu'il était un feu parce que nous avions un mauvais feu de maison dans le passé. Je ne pouvais pas me reposer.

The temperature controlled two rooms which was very uncomfortable and inconvenient. The unit made very loud noises at 2:00 am and would not shut off. I had to turn the power off at the source to turn the unit off to allow me to sleep in peace. The following morning went to the manager and was told he couldn’t switch my room because the hotel was sold out. That same afternoon I contacted the manager again to advise the unit was making the LOUD noise again and the room was very cold. This time he changed the room. In the new room experienced the same issue. I unit controlled both rooms making my room temperature 63 which was very uncomfortable, I had to tumors on the oven to warm the room to a comfortable temperature. This trip was very stressful and the manager didn’t try to accommodate until I threatened to call corporate. Poor customer service and bad heating/cooling set up. This needs to be fixed because everyone was complaining about the temperature in their rooms. I won’t return here again.

Sans parler de l'emplacement de l'hôtel, la plage est à côté de la mer, et l'hôtel lui-même dispose de plusieurs piscines de styles différents, adaptées aux enfants. L'hôtel n'est pas loin de la zone commerciale et il y a de nombreux fast-foods aux alentours. Il se trouve à environ cinq minutes en voiture du point de vente, ce qui convient parfaitement aux vacances de loisirs et aux voyages parents-enfants. Il y a de nombreuses places de parking dans l'hôtel, réparties dans plusieurs endroits différents, mais en raison du taux d'occupation élevé le week-end, il est encore un peu difficile de trouver des places de parking. Les clients arrivant la nuit ne peuvent s'arrêter à l'hôtel et se déplacer vers les places de parking que le lendemain matin. Le préposé de l'hôtel vous appellera également pour déplacer la voiture. Le petit-déjeuner est inclus dans le tarif de la chambre et est servi de 7h à 10h. C'est mieux que prévu. La variété est très riche et le goût est très simple. Il peut essentiellement répondre aux besoins des personnes dans différents pays. La suite avec vue sur la mer dans laquelle nous vivions était au 15ème étage. La photo montre la vue depuis le balcon. Le bâtiment d'en face est aussi la chambre d'amis de sa maison. Les conditions sanitaires générales et la configuration matérielle sont bonnes. Je choisirai cela la prochaine fois.

I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful this 3 bd 2 bath condo was. Maintenance and housekeeping were very responsive when we needed new batteries for the smoke detector and a trash pickup. I took away one star because I felt like the shower floor wasn’t cleaned to my satisfaction and there wasn’t anywhere to place soap and shampoo inside the shower. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

My check in person was nice and helpful but the other lady on other side of desk was really loud and kept yelling the same thing over and over made it hard to hear anything. The things she was yelling were not appropriate. Rest of the staff I come across during stay were exceptional. Room needed some work not fully cleaned. One of my members said it felt like something was crawling onbthem and biting them in the bed. Under night stand and parts of floor was dirty, hair clogged in drain .Light switch in bathroom was broken. But location is great. Amenities were great.

today my id was expired and I had already booked my room for next night. my boyfriend was kicked out of my room with less than an hours notice and locked out of room, with not even all of our belongings while I was at work!!! no one at this hotel had the decency to inform me of their decision that they wouldn't except my expired ID and I needed to leave ASAP. and I had to get my refund from 3rd party sales Trips.com which said this booking would not be offering any refunds!! still waiting to hear back from them on refund!I will never go back there and would never recommend them to anyone after the rude people I had to deal with today!!!

Le 4 juillet, nous avons accueilli 2 chambres, qui sont à la disposition des chambres, et qui sont à l'aise de 6 personnes. La chambre était très agréable, mais elle était très agréable. Enfin, la porte de la chambre 327 n'est pas en service -- on a dû la faire grimper (le bureau de front a dit qu'ils envoyaient des entretiens pour l'assistance, mais ils n'ont jamais été là). L'ascenseur de bâtiment doit également être attentif à l'installation d'un capteur pour éviter de fermer trop tôt, surtout lorsque les gens sont chargés et déchargent. Le côté brillant, cependant, était de marque de nouveaux réfrigérateurs, four (sémi-fonctionnant), A/C, impressionnant pression de l'eau et outils de cuisine.

The first room I booked was an oceanfront king. When I arrived I was placed in a small room on the 2nd floor by the pool. It smelled like it was just bombed for roaches. The bathroom was the size of a walk in closet with the shower directly behind the door. I was starting to get discouraged about this trip at first but I went up front to ask for another room higher up. The guy at the front desk was very understanding and moved me to the 7th floor with a room with 2 beds. The elevator there made me pray for my life every time I used it but once I reached my room I was highly satisfied with the change. The room was twice the size of the original king room I booked. Bathroom was still kinda small but cleaner. The view was amazing compared to looking at everyone in the pool and the room didnt smell of raid. This place could use some updates and definitely has potential.
