Hôtels près de Centre commercial Penn Square Mall, Oklahoma City

L'A-C était trop bruyant et perturbait le sommeil car il s'allumait et s'arrêtait régulièrement. Le plus important pour moi est une bonne nuit de sommeil. Ce n'est pas arrivé. Tout le reste était super. Le buffet était chaud et bon pour le petit déjeuner.

Really nice room but bed could have been more comfortable, especially the pillows. But that's an individual thing. Overall enjoyed the room--full fridge and dishwasher (if I'd had need of it), glassware, all that. The shower was my favorite. Walk in showers are a blessing to this old lady. I don't know why hotels even bother with the splash puddles they call bathtubs anymore. Who needs them? The cleaners need to pay attention to the soap dispensers in them though. Mine had no shower gel--bottle was totally empty--and I didn't have mine with me on this trip. The breakfast was nothing to write home about. I don't like boiled eggs, or the fake looking egg-pucks, so everything was pretty much carbs and more carbs--useless to a diabetic. Not a huge issue however. Lots of restaurants in the area.

Les chambres sont très propres et grandes, avec des lits et des culottes confortables, vous pourrez certainement dormir une bonne nuit ici. Les petits-déjeuners étaient au milieu, mais pour le prix, vous ne pouvez pas vous plaindre. La location est très bonne, il faut environ 20 minutes à pied pour aller au centre-ville et environ 30 minutes pour aller au centre-ville. En général, je recommande vraiment cet hôtel si vous cherchez quelque chose à un prix raisonnable et ne vous ennuyez pas d'être un peu plus loin du centre-ville.

I booked a reservation for a 2 night stay and not one time while staying here did i have a problem with any of the staff members let alone everyone that was also staying here. They stay on top of keeping the everything clean. Anytime i would have a problem with something, I would have certain questions that i need to ask, if they would see that im struggling with certain things ( my luggage dropping on the floor, if my hands are overflowing an would need help with a extra pair of hands etc ) they would always be there to assist me. If there’s a time where i would feel that my safety could possibly be in jeopardy, they would walk with me all the way to my room makinf sure that ive gotten to my room safely and make sure that nobody was following me / know what room im in. The meals for breakfast would always be made fresh an not anywhere close to being expired. I would refer this hotel to anyone and everyone if they was in need of looking for a room. 

Hotel is well maintained and a great location if you’re heading to the Paycom Center! We had a couple of glitches getting in as the line for dropping off cars for valet was stopped for 20 minutes. Once we were able to pull in, the attendant was quick. Only one computer was working at check in, then only one elevator was working- in a large hotel with 15 floors. That caused a long wait after the concert when everyone got back to the hotel. Room was very clean but the bathroom wallpaper is coming off the wall AND the toilet did not flush 50% of the time. We realized it at 11 pm, so we didn't report it until we checked out. I will say they sent a couple of texts to check in- that was a nice touch!

Le personnel était bon ... nous a réinstallés dans une nouvelle chambre quand les équipes sportives se sont déplacées et nous avons été laissés avec des bourdons et des bruits de haut et de haut de la pièce adjacente qui nous ont fait apparaître comme si elles étaient dans notre chambre. L'ascenseur était juste dans la salle et ils ont dû laisser TOUT LE monde connaître leurs arrivées et allées. La fermeture de la porte a été maintenue désactivée ...a eu à avoir le xard re touché quelques fois. Douleur au cou. Le hairclip a été placé dans un coin où il devait être ou tourner pour faire face à l'extérieur et inondre la salle, qui n'avait pas d'égout. Même tourné vers le coin, la chambre est encore inondée. Les chambres sont fatiguées regardant ...so est le lobby. Je me souviens quand Holiday Inn était la marque. Pas comme ça plus. Ne reviendra pas. Mais le personnel était hébergé et apprécié de leur aide

Le seul problème que nous ayons eu, c'est que j'avais réservé une chambre fumeur mais quand nous sommes arrivés, l'homme qui s'est occupé de nous a dit que ce n'était pas une chambre fumeur et ne nous mettrait pas dans une chambre fumeur. Nous avons fait notre réservation dans cet hôtel car nous savions qu'il y avait des chambres fumeurs. Assez déçu de ce séjour.

There was no food provided. It was also a very crazy night with not having rooms cleaned and available when needed! And still was trying to provide room keys to dirty rooms. Very disappointed!
