I am not a complainer and i appreciate all the hard working staff at this hotel. Location is very convenient. My main issues is the maintainence of the aging building. Elevator is frustratingly slow for only 4 story building. Electric door lock fails. Air conditioning system could not shut off. The main problem is the electricity stopped working in our last day. We had a long road trip ahead the next day to Las Vegas. So we needed our phones to be charged up. And our ice packs were not cold to keep our drinks cold for the long road trip ahead. Really made our trip for our family inconvenient. I am shocked as this is a Hilton brand name hotel which normally has good quality control.

L'hôtel est un hôtel d'affaires situé au nord de San José, en plein cœur de la Silicon Valley. L'assainissement est bon et les installations sont plutôt bonnes. Le 4ème étage dans lequel j'ai séjourné aujourd'hui est bien meilleur que le 3ème étage dans lequel j'ai séjourné la semaine dernière. L'eau du robinet de la douche est très bruyante. Le petit déjeuner était bon.

L'environnement général est très calme, l'hôtel est très propre, le logement est une entrée indépendante, la sécurité est relativement élevée, le personnel de service de l'hôtel est très gentil et le rapport coût-efficacité est élevé.

The environment of the hotel was very great, with small swimming pool, large garden around. The room was very dark indeed and not suitable for any reading at night. The hotel location was hidden within a cluster of houses. It may not be easy for identification. Service was great and staff attitude was great.

During my recent trip to San Jose, I had the pleasure of staying at the Sonesta San Jose Airport Hotel. From the onset, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. Booked this place as it was a fair price/ location and it said they served a buffet breakfast for an option of $12 a person. After we arrived we found out they don’t have a breakfast buffet or sell breakfast at all which is slightly annoying. The room was big, comfy bed and really comfy pillows, nice quality bathroom and fridge/ microwave provided. The gym however is not great, ther was 3 dumbbells all together on the rack but a few good cardio machines

Cet hôtel est vraiment très bon, un bon environnement, une bonne chambre de bain, ouvrez la fenêtre avec un bon soleil, vraiment ajoute le plaisir et la couleur à notre voyage en Californie, vraiment très confortable

Parce que j'allais visiter le centre d'accueil du siège d'Apple, j'ai réservé des hôtels autour de la Silicon Valley ! Le parking est immense et gratuit ! Un motel ordinaire, à l'origine un hôtel Super 8

Je suis arrivé tard la première nuit et je n'ai pas remarqué comment les abs sales ont peint le tapis. Cette chambre d'hôtel doit vraiment être réparée. Les draps sont aussi sales. Quelqu'un a jeté du liquide et il courait vers le front. Aucun nettoyage n'a été fait. La barre métallique qui ouvre fermée la porte à la voie de hall est en attachant les abs empêche l'ouverture de la porte que j'ai dû pousser avec ma main pour obtenir la porte ouverte. Je me déplacerais mais je suis fatigué après le travail.

Prix bas Wi-Fi est bon dans une chambre à proximité du bureau Parfois, il est bruyant la nuit et il est difficile de dormir, brillant pour les gens sensibles
