Hôtels près de Stade Tropicana Field, Saint-Pétersbourg

Le personnel a été exceptionnel, au-delà de mes attentes. Un endroit formidable où séjourner, que je recommande vivement.

Le bar est très confortable et confortable.

Le personnel était très agréable et très agréable, ce qui nous a fait sentir bienvenus dès notre arrivée. La location est confortable, juste à côté de l'autoroute, ce qui permet d'atteindre facilement et une grande base pour voyager autour. Le petit déjeuner, y compris un bon café, était meilleur que prévu et un bon bonus pour commencer le jour.

We really liked the location and design. However, we noted there was no bedspread on the bed, the floor was sticky, refridgerator did not work, the shower floor had massive hair in it creating the water to back up, the towels were small and thin, and there was no parking option other than valet costing an unplanned expense. We were told there would be robes in the room but there were not. We were told we would have a gulf view but had to crank our heads way to the side to see it. We informed the desk and all they said was they would inform housekeeping. There was nothing luxury about this as it seemed basic. The resturant was not ready yet. We had coffee only which was good. Very disappointing experience otherwise.

La location est superbe, les terrains semblent terrifiants, la chambre a été portée, AC a arrêté de travailler le 2ème jour et atteint 78 degrés, la machine à glace au 5ème étage ne fonctionne pas et le restaurant/lounge est très cher.

L'hôtel est OK, mais par défaut, il n'y a pas de service de chambre à l'hôtel, il faut appeler pour qu'il soit fourni et il ne faut pas mettre de l'eau de boisson après avoir appelé. Le petit-déjeuner buffet de l'hôtel est plus simple, il faut compter un petit-déjeuner américain un peu mieux, trop mauvais que le petit-déjeuner anglais ou européen. La position de l'hôtel est bonne et sortir pendant quelques minutes est en mer. Le parking est trop cher. Le parking de 35 mèches par nuit, nous allons au parking public à deux blocs de stationnement, il vaut mieux y avoir des douzaines de mèches par nuit.

Overall, a decent place to stay. Has lots of potential but work should be given to spruce it up, even though it’s a very old building. Here are my main reasons for the 3 score rating: -great location downtown and near the pier. Super walkable to lots of great restaurants and shopping. -eclectic, cool atmosphere  -no onsite parking -bedding clean but bedframe was very dirty and scuffed. Bed firm but nice enough.  -floors were hardwood and appeared to not have been mopped or cleaned with something that didn’t rinse properly, very sticky.  -water in shower did not get hot, actually barely got warm  -door lock was broken -windows had no screens, shower window fell out when we tried to open it, most room windows wouldn’t stay opened  -tv was attached to a Roku (with only Roku remote) and had no main remote to adjust TV settings, tv was on a stretch mode so you couldn’t watch a movie or anything easily. -staff was super friendly

They told me I smoked cigarettes in the room when I never put a cigarette to my lips ever in my life. The entire staff smokes cigarettes… how would they REALLY be able to tell anyway? Roaches are prominent in the room as well.
