The hotel is near Altamira neighborhood at the foot of Caracas. The room was spacious and bright. The reception staff is patient and thoughtful, and they provide a lot of convenience. C' est un bon hôtel , mais pour un hôtel de 5 étoiles , il n' est pas , ne vous sentez pas dans un hôtel de 5 étoiles le service n' est pas si bon , pour payer un prix élevé par rapport à d' autres ne vous offrent ni wifi gratuit avec ce tarif , Les installations sont généralement bien, mais il est plus de 3-4 étoiles.

Мне отель понравился.Персонал вежливый и доброжелательный, просторные комфортные номера, чистые, Wi-Fi быстрый.Расположение очень удобное.Есть отличный спортзал. Рядом есть кафе и рестораны. Завтрак вкусный и разнообразный.

Awesome view of the city and the mountain, well located although at night the area is a bit lonely, would still recommend it was cleaned and had a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.
