L'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellent, juste en face de la rivière Han et à proximité de toutes les principales attractions, ce qui facilite les déplacements. Les services comme la blanchisserie étaient bien organisés et rapides. Le prix du séjour était très raisonnable par rapport aux services et à l'emplacement. Honnêtement, c'était un séjour très confortable. »

« When booking the room, I left several special requests in the comments, and the staff paid great attention to them. When we arrived, the room was clean, fresh, and well-prepared. The view from the window was incredible — we could see the Dragon Bridge. The only issue was that our room had a round bed. It was very cozy and comfortable, but if you're taller than 170 cm, your feet might hang off the edge... and the bed monster might get you at night! 😄 Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to change rooms on the first night because the hotel was fully booked. However, the staff remained polite and helpful throughout. The next day, we were moved to a room with a regular bed, and from that moment our stay became absolutely wonderful. The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of everything. The beach is only about 10 minutes away by taxi. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and offered plenty of variety. Lunches were also very good, and it was convenient that they could be booked for any time during the day. The portions were huge! 😻 Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. During our stay, most of the guests were Asian travelers from various countries. As Europeans, we immediately noticed it, and honestly, we loved it. It felt like we were truly in Asia rather than in an international tourist bubble, which made the experience even more memorable. The only area that didn't fully meet our expectations was the facilities. The pool area looks somewhat different from the promotional photos. However, the beautiful view is still there. The pool is quite deep — around 1.2 meters if I remember correctly. We didn't see any children using it, which might be a bonus for some guests, while families with young children may find it less convenient. There is also a small gym area where you can do most basic workouts. There are plenty of weights available. It can get a little warm in that area, though. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again. »

Les chambres étaient également très propres. Cependant, les zones communes n'étaient pas climatisées et extrêmement chaudes. Certains ont aussi eu parfois un odeur dans la zone de lobby. Je peux envisager d'améliorer cela, mais je pense qu'il ne peut pas être sous le contrôle de la gestion du bâtiment. »

« L'adresse de l'hôtel est erronée. Elle figure non seulement sur trip.com, mais aussi sur les applications de taxi comme Grab. Le chauffeur de taxi nous a même aidés à trouver l'hôtel à cause de cette erreur. L'adresse correcte est essentielle. Le hall d'entrée se trouve au 7e étage. L'hôtel est situé à un carrefour très fréquenté, ce qui peut être un peu bruyant si vous avez une chambre avec vue sur la ville. L'emplacement est idéal, mais le signal Wi-Fi est faible dans certaines chambres. Le principal atout de l'hôtel est son restaurant au rez-de-chaussée, qui est l'un des meilleurs de la ville. Le prix est très abordable comparé à Bangkok, en Thaïlande. »

« Cette fois j'ai réservé pour mon fils car je suis déjà venu dans cet hôtel que j'ai beaucoup apprécié pour sa propreté, l'hospitalité et la gentillesse du personnel qui sont très à l'écoute des clients. Le petit déjeuner en buffet est très bien. Je compte revenir y séjourner bientôt pour un deuxième séjour. »
