L'hôtel Hanoi Solis bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal, de chambres propres et bien agencées, et d'une atmosphère paisible. Le personnel est professionnel et très serviable, rendant le séjour confortable et agréable. Hautement recommandé pour un séjour à Hanoi.

L’hôtel est très bien placé. Il est desservi par au moins 5 ou 6 bus qui vous emmène partout dans la ville. Le service était excellent. Le personnel est très agréable. Excellent

L'évacuation de la douche était un peu mauvaise, mais elle était propre et agréable. Le personnel était également très aimable et formidable. Le petit-déjeuner aux œufs, préparé à la commande, était délicieux. L'emplacement est également très pratique. J'aimerais y séjourner à nouveau lors de mon prochain séjour à Hanoï.

L'hôtel est neuf et propre. Notre chambre n'avait pas une belle vue, mais la propreté était excellente. Le petit-déjeuner était également très bon. C'était un buffet.

Stayed at Hoa Hoang Hotel for 3 weeks. Service: 1. The front desk receptionist, Nga, is helpful, patient, and polite. She is always cheerful and attentive, even while handling calls and assisting other guests. She addressed my concerns clearly, answered all my questions, and is very pleasant to communicate with. 2. Breakfast buffet: staff is always on their feet. I see there’s two main servers, sometimes a third one. They’re very focused but it’s also because they have a lot of tasks - prep, cook, clean, replenish and clear all the dining tables. The tables are not always wiped down, but if you ask, they will address it immediately. Two weeks in, they hired a fourth server which was nice because tables were cleared and cleaned faster. There were a variety of food options with a few soup dishes that rotated each day. They serve mainly carbs and didn’t have many vegetarian options and not a lot of protein in general. They had breakfast chits that we would have to collect from the front desk each day and hand-in to the breakfast staff, they’re very on top of collecting the chits. 3. Room service: We never ordered food to the room. For a few nights, we did order dinner (rice, meat and a veggie dish). They can make anything you ask for either for lunch or dinner. If you don’t feel like going out, their cooking is quite tasty. We’d asked for new towels daily, our 2 water bottles, toilet paper and to empty our garage. We would ask to change or bedding every few days. 4. Rooms 614/615: 614 is the superior twin room and 615 is the superior queen room. My mom stayed in room 614 and my husband stayed in room 615 while I went back and forth. Furniture and flooring was exactly like in the photo online. Both rooms had working air conditioner and a ceiling fan and working mini fridge. TV in the rooms were not a SMART TV but we didn’t mind. The room cost the same although I don’t think room 615 is as nice as 614 since the washroom in 615 felt a bit older (the trimming had more mold and ceiling height was low). My husband who is 5 feet 8 inches (172 cm) would need to bow down to wash his head. Toilets flushed well in both rooms and water pressure was strong. There were tiny ants in both washroom floors and counters but it is Vietnam, we accepted it. Since it was not filled with them, it was not a concern. Beddings and towels are OKAY (meaning it was a pass for us) Some had light stains and tiny rips but it didn’t feel disgusting. 5. Cost: It was about $36 CAD after fees and taxes for each room, I booked a few nights online and a few nights in person which worked out to be around the same price after the conversion. Depending on the website promo, you may be able to get a better price per night online. 6. Location: calling for a taxi, grab, xanh sm takes a tiny bit of time because they’re on a one way street. But it’s walking distance to a park which is great! Overall rating 3.7, I would say it is like a Best Western hotels/suites in Canada. Service and staff 4 star, building and rooms 3.5 star. According to google, they are a 3 star hotel and I would agree. I would recommend a couple and family to stay. And I would return.

Très bien pour une nuit à plus ou moins 20min de l’aéroport

Quand je suis arrivé, le hall m'a un peu déstabilisé. Cela a l'air un peu démodé/traditionnel. La chambre en elle-même était charmante. Très élégant, de taille convenable et propre. J'avais tout ce dont j'avais besoin à l'intérieur. Je n'ai jamais pris le petit déjeuner mais le personnel de la réception était très sympathique. L'hôtel est bien situé dans les vieux quartiers. Au bout d'une ruelle, ce qui le rend un peu plus calme.

Le Grand Dragon Noi Bai Hotel offre un confort imbattable à quelques pas de l'aéroport. Un service d'enregistrement rapide et des chambres spacieuses garantissent un séjour confortable. Parfait pour les voyageurs en escale à Hanoi.

Service exceptionnel, belle décoration - propre - grande chambre, excellent petit déjeuner buffet, super sympa - personnel sympa, emplacement parfait. Nous adorons le Victor Metropolis Hotel et son bar sur le toit.
