Hôtels près de Parc Minitown Snell Parade, Durban

J'ai récemment eu le plaisir d'accueillir mes parents dans cet hôtel incroyable, et je dois dire que leur expérience a été absolument exceptionnelle ! Dès leur arrivée, ils ont été accueillis dans un univers cinq étoiles magique, avec un service impeccable, une grande disponibilité et une grande fiabilité. Le personnel était sympathique, attentionné et a fait tout son possible pour rendre leur séjour inoubliable. Leur chambre était absolument magnifique, propre et la vue sur l'océan était à couper le souffle ! Un séjour vraiment incroyable et relaxant : un second chez-soi, un véritable concentré d'excellence ! Le murmure de l'océan et la vue depuis le balcon ont été parmi les nombreux points forts qui ont rendu ce séjour inoubliable ! La nourriture était exquise, le dîner et le petit-déjeuner étant également un moment fort de leur séjour. Mais ce qui a vraiment rendu leur expérience unique, c'est l'attention portée aux détails et la façon dont l'hôtel a célébré leur anniversaire en grande pompe. Les cadeaux, chocolats, fleurs et ballons étaient une attention précieuse qui a rendu cet événement inoubliable. Mes parents ont été émerveillés par l'excellence de l'hôtel et le dévouement du personnel pour leur offrir une expérience mémorable. Ils sont repartis avec des souvenirs impérissables et ont hâte d'y retourner. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent un séjour luxueux et inoubliable. Cinq étoiles ne suffisent pas ; cet hôtel mérite une excellente critique !

La restauration buffet d'hôtel est unique

A good place to be with a beautiful view.... ”The View” as its name . Closer to a shopping complex , gas station, 5min drive to the beach, closer to the beach there also restaurantswhere you can dine whole having the beach view, Toti Beach. its also closer to galleria Mall. The place is too steep so be ready for that... Their food is delicious, we had dinner there at their restaurant called Giorgios but its expensive I must say. Not sure about their breakfast and lunch though. Staff and reception is just ok. I had requested them to add a crib bed for a child and upon arrival they told us that the storeroom is closed because we arrived at 6pm so it's too late. We then asked them to give us atleast a bedsheets or any linen so we can make a plan for our son, they said ok but never pitched , nothin, not even getting back to us to say what could be the matter. We asked again the following day, they took four hours to bring a bedsheets. Bottom line is if you have a child do not, I repeat DO NOT book that place because they will lie straight to your face saying they could not reach you since you booked via an APP. I'm not sure whetherI want to talk about their kitchen in the rooms. You will have to call them now and again to bring things and they take 3 to 4hours just for a simple thing like a spoon. One thing I can say is they don't listen and listening means you respect your business and your clients I flew from overseas to rest and have a good time and have treat ourselves since they have a spar but I ended up canceling my plans for a spa because I didn't want additional dissapointments. The rest I don't even want to mention...and that is my experience after paying so much Money and looking forward to a good vacation 😌 BUT...

Chambre très bien, avec un petit déjeuner buffet très varié. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine mais extérieur sympa. Très pratique pour une arrivée tardive dans la région de Durban.

Le personnel de la palme royale est toujours de première classe du bureau frontal, Bar M. Charles à la garderie. Les chambres sont toujours propres et très confortables. Je vais toujours chercher à réserver s'ils sont disponibles quand je suis à Durban.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Umhlanga Arch and had a mostly positive experience. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Umhlanga with easy access to everything. The room was lovely and super comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet was amazing,delicious and with plenty of options, which was a great way to start the day. However, the restaurant was way too hot. It felt like everyone was trying to grab a fan, and I honestly think they should either switch on the AC or find a better solution for cooling the space. The pool was nice and well-maintained, and it’s heated, but honestly, it felt a bit strange to swim in a hot pool during summer. I think the heated pool would be much more enjoyable during the cooler months, like in winter. Another downside is that they close the pool way too early….7 pm is pretty unreasonable, especially in a place like Umhlanga where you want to enjoy the evenings. Overall, it’s a good hotel with great amenities, but the restaurant temperature and early pool closure definitely need some attention.

L'hôtel est magnifique et son emplacement est très pratique, car il est à quelques pas de la plage, des restaurants et des divertissements. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le buffet du petit-déjeuner. J'y suis retourné régulièrement. Excellent service.

Easy check-in, fabulous view. Peaceful and Quiet. Breakfast was fantastic. Restaurant staff are super helpful and friendly. The pool was stunning and great ambiance. However; 1. The bathroom was not clean. Please see the attached pictures of the hair left behind. 2. Nobody answered our room calls at 6 am 3. No dental kits are given/available 4. There are 0 lights in the ceiling. The side lamps and lights do not provide sufficient lighting. 5. The room was smaller than expected. 6. 1 small bottle of water is provided. The rooms are not provided with any more water except for this one small bottle. If you require more, you have to buy it.

The service was great. they must supply guests with enough towels for example if you booked for 2people they must bring two towels not one and also put mat on bathroom.
