Tout était presque parfait. Services, petit déjeuner, propreté et commodité.
Peut être qu’il faudra attendre l’été 2024 car les travaux de l’immeuble d’à côté commencent à 7h du matin. Pas très agréable.

This hotel is amazing and modern. From the facilities,to the staff,to the location. We were welcomed with a fruit platter and bottle of wine. The staff checked if we needed anything regularly.The sea view from our room was amazing. The sunsets absolutely breathtaking.The hotel has several pools , SPA and a private beach which was perfect for relaxing and lazy days.It was also quite close to the centre in Cenang beach where you can shop and enjoy the lively side of the island,and a short drive to the airport. There’s a lot to do whether you choose to explore Langkawi or chill at the hotel. You definitely do not get bored and wish we had stayed here longer. We looked forward to breakfast everyday. We enjoyed a variety of food from Asian to Western food. I highly recommend Parkroyal and will definitely come back when I visit Langkawi. 10/10 😀 I would recommend the hotel invests in foldable hanging horses/lines for each balcony to hang wet swimming costumes. This will avoid guests hanging clothes on the balcony rail. Though it’s not a huge issue,the clothes on the rails don’t quite fit the aesthetics of the hotel.

The check in process was smooth although there were a lot of people checking in. Megat, one of the staffs was very helpful carrying our bags since we have an infant with us. Overall, the service was exceptional and welcome drinks were served!
Hotel wise, room is super huge and we got the city view Superior Room which we still can see the sea. The best experience we had was the hotel breakfast. By far, one of the best I’ve tasted. Food has variety and the taste is super good!
Thanks Parkroyal Langkawi we will definitely come again.

This is a brand new hotel on Cenang Beach. It’s the first high rise in the beach so you can’t miss it. It is on a beach just south of Cenang. The beach is pretty and it’s possible to swim. The hotel gym is good and the breakfast is fine with a limited western and Asian selection. There are two swimming pools. The main pool, despite having a bar in it, is set up entirely for kids which makes this pool very unpleasant. The second pool is on the 5th floor and is an infinity pool. Unfortunately, no bar and no sun beds, just uncomfortable deck chairs. The other thing that bothered me about this hotel was the room key; instead of a card, the key is a sort of wrist watch, like a gym locker key. It’s very inconvenient as you can’t slip it into your wallet or pocket.

The hotel ambiance is awesome. The pool, the children playroom and the restaurant is all superb. However the hotel service need to buckle up.

Hotel is beautiful and clean. Check in process is nightmare for me, check in time is 3pm but my room is ready at almost 5PM. Room is clean but the bidet have very strong urine smell, have to spray lots of sanitizer liquid before use it. Restaurant, bar and seaside is top notch.

This was my first attempt to check in ParkRoyal Langkawi Resort, my family and I had a good time in this resort. As rated, we were very pleased and satisfied with our stay. Although there was an insignificant hiccup during the check-in (I believe all rooms were fully booked due to school holiday), but the friendly staffs had made up with much courtesy services to please the guests. We explored all the amenities but particularly appreciated the sky pool’s evening Sunset cocktails experience with an extraordinary view from the 5th floor pool side.
The friendliness staffs and wonderful ambiance and breakfast with many varieties of choices (included the vegetarian friendly option) of the resort have made our family’s holiday unforgettable. In short, you are highly recommended to try it out with such marvelous resort by yourself.

Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing view of the skyline and beach from L5 adult swimming pool. Spacious pool at ground floor is also available for families. One of the lifts was unfortunately out of service and caused quite abit of inconvenience.
