It was a good experience but I feel like there could be some improvements that could be made especially with the food that they serve in the buffet. Breakfast was good but dinner buffet was so average with limited choices. Location was also not good since there is nothing around the place. The staff were nice and friendly. The ocean view was stunning and is totally recommendable.

Positives: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The personalized service was outstanding, with staff greeting guests by name. The cuisine was delicious, and the hotel provided a variety of daily activities for guests to enjoy. The spacious, immaculate rooms, especially those with ocean views, were a highlight, along with the state-of-the-art facilities. The spa experience was simply exquisite.
Negatives: Unfortunately, the beach fell short of expectations. Instead of sand, it consisted of gravel, and the water was rocky, requiring water shoes for safe entry. Not having them was a regrettable oversight, as they are essential for a comfortable beach experience.

Excellent and helpful staff, room is big and comfortable with nice sea view (perfect direction to look at the sunrise from the balcony), food from the restaurants are fantastic at decent price (the portions at 5 ciens were HUGE) also enjoyed the 24 hour in room dining (which comes at the same price as dining in) - will stay here if we come to Cebu again!

I super love this 5star hotel. Everything is clean and thr environment is tourist friendly including their staffs, they were trained very well. I really love to go back to this hotel.

This place is definitely worth it if you just want to relax in Cebu. A little far but you can take a Grab anywhere you want to go. The facilities make you want to laze around the resort all day. You can snorkel at the beach, though a little rocky and rough. The resort is very clean with amazing breakfast. Always stay at the Sheraton and this is one is great with modern facilities compared to others. The staff is were ok but housekeeping staff were exceptional. Very kind. Get the beach view room so you can watch the sunrise every morning. Highly recommend.

The resort is literally stunning and beautiful. Check in at 6am on Christmas Day and they have us complimentary early check in upon us being tired after a long midnight flight. The staffs greets us everywhere we see them and the breakfast spread is marvellous!!

The best resort in cebu
The staff are professional and the hotel is very secure. It is very clean and I loved all the service.

We stayed at Shangrila last week .
Rooms are a lot better than Shangrila Mactan.
Room cleanliness is 5/5.
