在海邊，位置很好，而且房間的空間很大，但是整體環境和設施的衞生不是特別好，房間裏有個灶台給人一種民宿的感覺，但是也是衞生設施狀況一般

Hotel ben posizionato vicinissimo alla spiaggia e alla zona divertimenti. Buona colazione e pulizia decente.

Booked 1 night for carnival so the room way overpriced paid 110 euros for room only. Reception is tired and needs upgraded to give a warm welcome. Felt 3 stars as soon as i entered. Reception staff friendly . Lift to rooms felt really old and dark. Room 408 a double was very spacious with large bathroom.kitchen area with full frudge and small table top oven, well stocked with utensils if you wanted to cook something. Bed really comfortable. View from the room syraight onto the side of a building. TV worked but only Spanosh stations, occasionaly Euronees in English. In this day and age you should be offering several stations in English and German. Im learning Spanish so wasnt a problem but need to cater to international travellers. Overall an ok stay but not good value for money when im booking into another 3* today for 47 euros.

This hotel wasn’t 3 stars. The rooms were spacious but the hotel is out dated, room wasn’t cleaned properly. The fridge had dead bugs inside. The door handle fell off when I tried to open it. There wasn’t even a kettle in the room. I was given one when I asked but then it was full of black mouldy looking stuff. On the plus side, the staff was very friendly and breakfast was ok. The hotel is in great location near shops and restaurants, also the beach. I would still not give it a 3 star rating. Maximum 2, but then I am being generous.

well exposed to Las Canteras,nice sound of waves,noisy building site across the street, clean rooms, no toilet brush even after having asked for it,too expensive for what we got, more than a little disappointed

This hotel is suitable for couples, families, or single people. It has a lift, and very clean rooms, thanks to Monica! She is very hard working, I was so impressed! The breakfast is not nice, though... many days they even forgot to provide yogurts. Plus once I found a slice of brown bread that had green mold on it... The location is close to the beach, but you need to check the window from left side to be able to view it. However I guess the prices are accordingly? I am truly grateful once again to the housekeeper Monica! She did an amazing job! I wish her superiors cherish her plenty!

My husband and I say here as part of our two week holiday to the Las Canteras area of Las Palmas. We really enjoyed our stay here the staff were amazing very friendly and helpful, our experience was very good and we will be back again for our third visit. The location is great a stones through away from the ocean and our room had a sea view. Santa Catalina, the mall at Las arenas are also very close to the hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel

If I were you I have never chesen this hotel in Gran Canaria. In January 2020 we booked rooms from this hotel and sent the fee via bank transfer. This trip was a school trip together with pupils to visit a school bt EU grant for Erasmus+ project. After the restrictions started we sent them an email and asked for refund. They wrote us back telling they can transfer only %80 of the money back to us. It's been 14 months since we sent our first refund demand. We have sent more than 10 mails. They only returned 3-4 times telling us " be patient we will son refund" We told them we have to send this 978 euro back to European Union before August 2021 since the project will finish then or we will have to pay this money from our pockets. They did not care. We also wrote them if they are not refunding they should send us an invoice then we will able to show this invoice as an expense to EU and we will not have to pay 978 euros from our pocket to EU back. They havent sent an invoice either. As a last effort we sent an email to Gran Canaria Tourism Office. I hope they can fix this situtation. In their last mail they wrote "We are waiting for the department to proceed as it is not physically at the hotel. For our part, we have processed everything as it should be done, we are only waiting for the treasury to proceed with the corresponding return. ". It's been 14 MONTHS! and they are still waiting the treasury for 978 euros???? I am sure even the USA treasury offfice is not so busy to refund .

Me daba asco dormir ahí. Las paredes estaban completamente sucias. Había de todo. Manchas, humedad, incluso mocos Nada que ver con las imágenes que tienen por ejemplo en booking. Creo que no había estado en un hotel así en mi vida. Qué grima.
