Il Fogliano Hotel New Life

Hôtel fabuleux et service incroyable et personnel qui s'est occupé de nous! Nous avions une suite junior avec vue sur la mer et un magnifique balcon ! L'hôtel avait une vraie ambiance et vraiment l'endroit où il faut être - le week-end, ils ont un groupe live dans le bar et ont une magnifique terrasse en bord de mer - ils ont deux restaurants fabuleux et le petit déjeuner était incroyable !! Nous reviendrons certainement comme un super endroit pour profiter !!

Un hôtel merveilleux. chambres grandes et modernes. Le personnel est gentil, serviable et efficace. le petit déjeuner était très bon avec beaucoup de choix. Notre chambre donnait sur la mer et la vue était superbe. L'emplacement était bon et avec une belle a**osphère.

I was in the city of Latina for a meeting and we finished business at around midday so we asked our local friends to suggest a good place for lunch. They suggested this stunning hotel which is about 8 kilometres from the city on the seafront (I had never realised that the city is so close to the sea). We hurried to the Hotel and without any booking we were asked if we wanted to eat in the lovely glass fronted dining room OR outside on the terrace which overlooks the beach. We chose outside as the sun was shining!! Goodness. Wonderful service, excellent seafood and wine and coffee plus VERY good value too, we paid 40 Euro per head for an EXCELLENT lunch!!! Not to be missed if you are in the area as this place has a VERY special look, a**osphere and food.

Nice new hotel with a very nice view over the sea. The room was large and it had a balcony. The bed was comfortable and the A/C was working very well. The breakfast was wonderful. You picked from a meny but you could also pick something from a buffet. They also had glutenfree choices - baked cakes that was very good. The staff in the hotel was very nice and the beach was also very nice. The hotel is also a club and the DJ was outside and the noice in the room was really high. One night it was awful. The music kept on till after 1 am and it was so laud that everything in the room was shaking. We had the door closed and also the sunscreen but it was horrible. You could not sleep. I recorded the noice but I dont think it will be possible to put up here. The staff in the restaurant was a bit snobbish and unpleasant.

The hotel is truly exceptional -/ impeccable facilities (best bathroom kit ever) and beautiful beachfront. Truly paradise. The oltremare restaurant is a Michelin star experience at an affordable price ( some if the best dishes I have had; amazing service; spectacular view… may they never realize what they could charge)… highly recommended. An experience you will remember …) We will be back!

A luxury hotel we have visited before, and thus had great expectations on our return. Same with it's restaurant Vistamare. First the good: The hotel is a high standard place; the rooms, the terrace with magnifiicent sea view, the people in the reception. Service minded and professional staff. The breakfast is lovely, the people serving it are efficient, friendly and professional. The beach nice and well organized. Then the bad: It's hard to understand if this is one hotel and one restaurant, or a hotel with a restaurant. Anyway, the Bistro is almost everything the hotel isn't. Loud, arrogant, low quality and unprofessional. I have eaten Spaghetti alla vongole many places in Italy (and elsewhere), but never had anything as tasteless as this one. And the poke wasn't bad, but smoked salmon in a poke? And corn and carrots. Very boring and little taste. Arrogant head waiter, but a very nice, positive young man waiting on us saved the evening. Our experience made us cancel the "gourmet" booking. We didn't want to be disappointed again. And yes, the ugly: one of the waiters was loudly making fun of their guests, assuming we don't understand italian. We do. How is this behaviour possible, and no other staff reacted? Now the worst; a beautiful hotel with the room terrace of your dreams made completely unusable because of the "music" from the bar. Every day from early evening to late night. For fun, I checked on my DB app and it was almost 80db on our terrace at 11pm on a Sunday evening! It's sad to see such a nice place reduce itself to a common beach hotel you would expect in Ibiza. We really hope the management and owners take another look at the place and restores it to what it was and can be yet again

Un tocco di classe: L'hotel offre un'ampia varietà di camere e suite, tutte arredate con gusto e dotate di ogni comfort. La terrazza panoramica è il luogo perfetto per sorseggiare un aperitivo al tramonto, mentre il ristorante vi delizierà con piatti gourmet preparati con ingredienti freschi e di stagione. Più di un semplice hotel: Il Fogliano New Life Hotel è molto più di un semplice hotel. È un luogo dove vivere emozioni uniche, dove rigenerarsi corpo e mente e dove creare ricordi indelebili.

Spaghetti alle vongole più buoni che abbia mai mangiato! Location e vista spettacolari, molto rilassante ed accogliente. Una coccola per staccare dalla quotidianità. Personale gentile e disponibile alle richieste. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente molto presto.

Hotel splendido all’avanguardia e molto moderno, ben curato nei minimi dettagli, personale gentile e impeccabile. Mi trovo qui per una cena con la mia ragazza, non siamo nemmeno a metà serata ma mi ritengo più che soddisfatto per via della cura e attenzione di tutto, partendo dal cibo alla mise en place.
