Avis : F2M Tower

This is my 3rd time to book this property. I liked very much the location very near to all spots I need for my quick visit in the area. Access to my assigned room is very accessible even if there is no staff was there to assist me when I arrived and came late.

The comfort room was spacious, they also has hair blower available. Thank youu for the great service.

the hotel itself is good enough for a night or 2 not much to offer this hotel no elevator, but good firm big bed, big tv, fast internet and bug bathroom with hit shower close to the several mall, walking distance to sm, ayala mall and pacific mall, for single male is ok but for female you have to be brave.

This place is just 7 min walk from the Legazpi Grand Terminal (buses to and from other provinces/regions). It's right next to Pacific Mall for groceries, pharmacy, Watsons, etc. It's also walking distance to Ayala. It alsi has a great view of Mayon. Tess and the other staff were very friendly and helpful. It was raining so Tess lent us an umbrella.

The room was clean and good.

Worth the rate it was spacious although u just need to bring ur own toiletries. But there's a supermarket behind the bldg so it's a problem. We like the place

This place is a walking distance from SM Legspi and Metro mall which made it very convenient to stay if you are looking for a city life and shops while enjoying the beautiful view of the perfect Mt. Mayon Volcano in front of your room terrace. The staffs are very helpful and easy to communicate.

No phone to call the reception. No slippers. Bedsheets looks like it wasn't changed. All creased. No cabinet to put your clothes or belongings. If you have a car, you cannot enter the street where the hotel is located because there is some barricades after 9pm and no one from the hotel staffs told me. Not a good place to stay. 👎

Very very clean! Facilities inside the room are all working well and bathroom is so so clean as well and beddings are fresh and really clean and smell good!

Отвратительный отель. Не годится для европейца. Комната слишком маленькая. Кровать подходит только для одного. Пришлось уйти в другой отель. Деньги вернуть не удалось.
