I met the best hoteliers, slept on the cleanest bed sheets, pampered with the whitest towels, ate the best food. Overall, my stay is memorable. Regarding the hoteliers miss Dorthy Simpokolwe did the best, she is smart, honest, eloquent and very charming.

I travel on a project collaboration on behalf of my university. I come regularly, and I always stay here. I also bring colleagues. It has a good environment for work and meetings. It is peaceful and friendly and food is very good

Exceptional hospitality and warmth of the staff. When I arrived, I was greeted with genuine smiles and a welcoming atmosphere making me feel at home. The minor incident was the internet but this did not overshadow the positive experience.

Friendly staff. Great rooms with modern decor. Bedding clean and replaced daily. I really at home. There are convenient shops downstairs e.g. Car rental, small pharmacy and gift shop. The pool was huge and the gym were up to standard.

The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable (the shower was awesome), the food was great, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is also within minutes of everything. My only complaint, if I had to think of something, is the pool closes at 19:00. Wish it stayed open a little later, so if you work all day, like we did, it would allow more time for a relaxing evening swim.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very professional. Vincent's restaurant makes extremely nice food. The breakfast options are great. Room service food can be improved but other than that, I enjoyed my stay

Terrible hotel with dated rooms and stinky carpets. The washrooms had leaky taps. The bedsheets had stains. They price it very high on international sites but give it cheap if you call the hotel directly. The only good thing is their service and people. Very nice and helpful staff

Good place for relaxation and with a lot of amenities and good people Food is good Spacious rooms Some of the facilities need upgrade - especially the AC No variety of channels for entertainment - install Smart TVs
