Hôtel très bien situé au sein du quartier Miraflores, literie de bonne qualité. Salle de bain commune qui n’est pas précisé clairement, faible insonorisation des chambres.

L'emplacement est bon. Le petit-déjeuner est parfait et le choix est vaste. Cependant, le point faible est la conception de la salle de bain, un peu étrange et peu sûre pour une femme. Il y avait deux salles de bain dans le dortoir où j'ai séjourné, mais aucune n'avait d'espace pour étendre les vêtements à l'intérieur, et une des serrures était cassée. J'ai dû étendre mes vêtements à l'extérieur de la salle de bain, dans l'espace entre les deux.

Il n'y a aucune sécurité. Ils ont volé 150 $ dans une caisse. C'est incroyable.

The location, cleanliness, and staff were all perfect. The hotel also had a bar to fully enjoy.

We stayed in one of the deluxe rooms at Naia Miraflores and found the room to be spacious, clean, and the bed very comfortable. The location is also great — central and convenient for exploring Miraflores . However, our experience was let down by some frustrating service issues. We arrived around midnight for check-in, having reserved two rooms, and were informed that only one room was ready. We were asked to wait 20 minutes for the second room. We politely asked if we could be given a different available room type instead, but were told we had to wait. Despite check-in being from 3pm that day — and our having paid for the full night — the staff offered no explanation or alternative. It felt like our concerns weren’t taken seriously. Additionally, the shower water in the deluxe room was cold, which was another letdown. If you're arriving late, we recommend calling ahead to confirm your room is ready to avoid a similar inconvenience.

Room was clean. Nice area, very convenient location. Currency exchange, markets and cute restaurants/cafe all around the block. There is a restaurant and cafe in the hotel. Large room space and good water pressure/didnt run short of hot water like some hotels in Lima tend to do. Friendly staff, vibey atmosphere.

Great location, friendly staffs,it’s a nice and cozy place. I enjoy every moment here.

The bathroom was old and dirty. The rooms are okay but the fan is noisy so not practical to use at night.

Second time stay with them in Lima. Had some reschedule, they were super nice to allow me to change the date. Recommend.

Overall it was a nice hostel but the dorms were not good. There are 12 beds and one window with one toilet in the room and 2 showers that dont work so I will not return there again.

Best breakfast I've had in a hostel! I hope they maintain it. Wish the receptionist was more friendly, she looked annoyed when all I wanted to ask was where's the toilet (she probably think I'm cutting que).
