Visited here for a gig at The Parish - check in was easy, friendly and a wow factor when you walked in off the street. Room was presented well but needed some repairs as toilet roll holder was extremely loose - shower shelf was slanted causing the shower gel to slide off. Bed frame had collapsed slightly in the middle although did not affect our sleep. Room was clean. Snack bar in room was ok priced and would be deducted from the £50 deposit which was also for any damage caused. We did not have any snacks nor damage room So awaiting the refund as I type this. Would we stay again? Yes we would.

Absolutely shocking place snacks left out on display thought a lovely complimentary thing to do got home checked my account was charged 12.55 for miniature size snacks the shower is a nightmare to work the room was cold 🥶 advice go to wetherspoon for the breakfast as here it will cost you £15 keep away guys it's a rip off 😀 never again was going to book my wedding here as a meal but will go where the staff are sensible and how there think i would pay that for a few pathetic snacks 😀

I appreciate we stayed on probably one of the hottest nights of the year. This hotel has no air conditioning whatsoever coupled with the fact it’s a flat roofed building and the sash windows you can hardly open we had a room on the second floor which to be perfectly honest was unbearable. I am sure the hotel was not fully booked and they could have easily have allocated us a room on a lower floor. The room was suffocating to say the least and as for the corridors I dread to think what temperatures both the rooms and corridor read. Fire exit door on the first floor was blocked by sacks of towels which had just been delivered and dumped there, this is illegal. The breakfast whilst the gentleman serving and doing the cooking at the same time was lovely and friendly . The menu was very restricted due to the hotel having run out of mushrooms avocado hash browns white bread and butter pats. If you wanted a cooked vegetarian breakfast you were left with beans and eggs. Only apple juice on offer no orange juice The car parking is extremely limited and we had to pay £15 to park overnight. Whilst the hotel is in a good position and was clean. We were disappointed and suffice to say won’t be returning. Am currently waiting for my £50 deposit to be released back into my account

Thank you to the staff for everything you have done for my self and my husband who's in a wheelchair made us feel welcome the hotel room is lovely the food was nice too definitely stay here again if i could give this hotel more star rating I would

This is a difficult one; the staff for our stay of three rooms were amazingly helpful and polite I cannot criticise them at all 10/10. But the rooms vary significantly despite being superior double rooms. Top corridor unbearably hot!! No air con, and despite lovely toiletries nice bedding etc not well thought out, mirrors in wrong places, sockets etc. also too dark no windows or tiny high up windows but spotlessly clean. The third room we had 203 was really only decent o r I would stop in again as had a big window and was nice and light, but still not that big. Pricing I can’t understand variances between room prices, best room was cheapest however they are all described as superior. Ok for a night or two but ask for room with window

Nice decor. Bed was clean and comfortable. Everything was branded which was a bit excessive but it didn't spoil it. Had bath robes provided, a fan which would be great in summer. A desk for work. Lots of hanging and storage space for clothes and luggage. A mini-bar which you do pay for but was nice to have the option of drinks and snacks. You can use Net Flix which was great. I was on GF in a disabled room - a lack of storage space for toiletries had to put things on the floor. Breakfast - nice room and the guy serving was very pleasant chap - they dont offer pork products but we knew this when we booked. We had continental only which was fine. Central location - unsure re-parking but lots of cheap options near by.

I liked this hotel, for cleanliness and decor. I stayed there about 10 times in the last few months and never had major issues, however this time my card was charged for something, I have no idea what as I never take any food or drink from the fridge. My email was ignored and I couldn’t find their phone number online. Won’t stay there again

Our room was lovely and clean. The staff were lovely especially Mack who single handedly does the breakfast. We understand and appreciate why they don't serve pork products but this should should be made clear on the menu. Great location and would return.
