Thank you for the good service and pleasant stay

Stayed in a few places in Lipa and this has been preferred to date being reasonable queen sized room ok breakfast (love some croissants please) but good value for money

We just visited jet in the previous month, and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and I would love to visit again.

Set up was not complete, you still have to request other things such as slippers, dental kit. Even tissue, they did not provide an extra, we came and tissue was already used by the previous guest.

The receptionists were not informed of my bookings and they let me and my family members stay in the lobby for half an hour as they need to confirm my bookings. The amenities like pool were under renovation and unsafe to use but no one even informed us. This hotel SUCKS!!!

Breakfast is fine but it can still be improved. The hotel looks new.

Location was okay as it is at the hub of intercity transport. Robinsons mall and Mediateix hospital is a hop away. Hotel can improve with its upkeep as it has the potential. Room was smallish and the bathroom door is broken, the walls are dirty. They put too much scent on the room and linens. Definitely need a very good housekeeping manager. Breakfast service can improve too. I would rate is as overpriced for I what it is charging.

Staffs are helpful. Facilities are a little bit out dated. Rooms are big.

同じプランでも部屋の仕様や設備が異なるのが、いかにもフィリピン。例えば冷蔵庫が部屋により無かったり。ドライヤーも無し。 ホテル1階にセブンイレブンが、となりにロビンソンがあるので、飲食物などの購入には不便無し、です。

I booked a JET Room Duo for July 18–19, 2025 but had to cancel due to a valid medical emergency (my mother’s CT scan was rescheduled by the hospital due to a machine malfunction). I provided complete documentation and even the hospital’s contact number for verification. Despite this, Jet Hotel repeatedly refused to issue a refund, showing zero compassion or consideration for a genuine medical situation. They simply hid behind their policies without even trying to help. In the end, Agoda had to shoulder the refund themselves, which only proves that my case was valid and deserved a refund from the start. For a hospitality business, this lack of empathy is unacceptable. If you care about guest welfare, especially in emergency situations, this is not the kind of service you would expect. I will never book this hotel again, and I would not recommend it to anyone who values customer care.

Great three separate overnight stay at JET Hotel Lipa City. The modern architecturally designed JET Hotel is right next to Robinsons so its easy to find from Tambo exit tollway. Just on case, its very close to other services that you might need. The staff and service personnel are well-mannered and politely spoken(English/Tagalog). The foyer looks and feel very welcoming with the Hub and Spoke restaurant right next to reception. The culinary experience caters western and local cuisine. They taste so nice at affordable costs. Service is excellent. The rooms are spacious clean tidy. The fresh linen clean bathroom complete toiletries awaits you. Just what a weary traveller would wish and ask for. The room rates are very fair and reasonable apt to the facilities and services they offer.
