Hotel Serrano Palace

Everything was good, but l hope by the next time l go that a few more staff will be in the restaurant as their will be a lot more people in the hotel, it's quite a small area for food as well. They should have snacks at lunch time as they are missing out by not having this at lunch time.

One of the best stays I’ve ever had. The hotel is great but the staff are AMAZING! From reception to Kitchen, from the cleaning ladies to the pool staff, everyone super friendly, always with a smile and happy to help. The care my daughter received when the staff was told she had food allergies, the chef prepared her favourite dish, got her vegan ice cream…. I mean, I was really impressed! To name a few: Sabrina, Javi, Christian, Chef Raul, Linda, Angeles, Fatou, Tere, Evelyn THANK YOU SO MUCH for this experience! I definitely recommend and will definitely come back!

This property was excellent in terms of location, rooms, and service. Adjacent to the beach the location was within walking distance of all the main bars and restaurants. Rooms were large and very comfortable. Sea view rooms offered panoramic views. Staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet offered many options and was well managed. For a short and comfortable stay you cannot go wrong with this hotel.

A spacious, immaculate and friendly environment. The majority of guests are German and the service from all the staff is as impeccable. Sabrina was a wonderful guest liaison and made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone. They really know how to look after guests.

Small, intimiate hotel - its the details that count! Large rooms, am and pm.cleaning, dressing gowns, flip flops, bubbles and truffles on arrival, pianiat at breakfast and friendly staff. Glad no kore all inclusive - its a little gem in cala ratjada

We left the Uk and arrived at the Serrano Palace on Friday 16th July. The hotel had only just opened the previous day and we had a lovely welcome from reception. Eveline was very friendly and efficient. We received a glass of wine/orange juice and chocolate truffles then made our way to our room on the fourth floor. The hotel was not overly big and you did feel you received a personal service. The shuttle from the airport took over two hours as there were several stops along the way to Cala Ratjada but taxis would have cost £120 one way. We felt the shuttle was much better value for money. Our room was large with a marble bathroom and views of the Mosquito bar which was hardly heard once the doors were shut. The air con did not work properly when we arrived but this was quickly sorted once we spoke to reception and the director sorted it out quickly for us. It took only one day and it was understandable as the hotel had been shut for 18 months. The pool and sun lounge area was well looked after and you received towels in the morning. My only gripe is that some guests would go down to receive their towels and then place them. On their chosen sun lounger and leave them to go and get their breakfast. There was too much of this “reserving” of sun beds when customers then just abandoned them for large portions of the day reducing the choice for other guests. It was not a major issue in the first week when the hotel was only a 1/4 full but became more of an issue in our second week. We resorted to going to the beach which is only a 100 metres or so from the hotel. This got pretty packed too, especially at the weekend. The spa area looked great although the showers which looked very high tech could not be operated and the jacuzzi in the middle of the indoor swimming pool did not work either. Apart from these minor glitches our stay was excellent. Rooms were cleaned daily although I have no idea what the point of a “turn down service” actually was. I have stayed in many hotels around the world but this is a new experience. I am sure I could pull the covers down to get in bed myself without the need for the house maid to do it for me! Must be some element of a top class 5* hotel that is incorporated into their service standards. The staff are what made the experience excellent, they did excel at making you feel very welcome and as we were the only English speakers in the hotel and the resort chatting to the staff in the evening made our day. Sabrina the director made us feel very welcome and was very effusive. She chatted to all guests on entry into the dining room and is an asset to the hotel. Food at breakfast was excellent with huge choice ranging from bread, cheese, hams, cakes, local produce, tropical fruits as well as cooked breakfast run by Julia at the omelette station where crepes and omelette were cooked to order. Acabamos de volver del hotel y venimos encantados, hotel pegadito a la cala de Son Moll, muy limpio y muy cómodo. En el parking que tiene justo delante si vas con coche de alquiler se aparca bien siempre. Zona llena de restaurantes y tiendas. El personal del hotel muy amable, te informan de todo y estuvieron muy pendientes de todo. El hotel está lleno sobre todo de alemanes pero esto hizo q nos trataran mejor aun. A destacar la amabilidad y simpatía de Cristian, el socorrista, y de Carmen en el comedor, aunque podría nombrar a muchos mas, son todos encantadores, camareros, la chica de la plancha del comedor, recepcionistas, limpieza… Nuestra habitación era con vistas al mar en el tercer piso, también veíamos la piscina, era una habitación amplia, todas las noches te abren la cama y te dejan una chocolatina o una galleta. Echamos en falta los típicos botecitos de champú y gel que ponen en los hoteles, a cambio había un dispensador en la ducha, que por cierto olía muy bien. También teníamos albornoces y chanclas en la habitación. Y la caja fuerte estaba incluida. El spa tiene entrada libre, la piscina tiene pocos chorros pero al ser tan tranquilo el hotel (no estaba masificado como otros que vimos por la zona), era suficiente. Hay baño turco, sauna, duchas sensoriales. Las toallas las puedes cambiar en la piscina tantas veces como quieras. Y hay una piscina en la azotea con unas vistas a la cala preciosas, eso sí es de pago. El desayuno y la cena buenísimos, echamos de menos una zona mas infantil, por ejemplo que hubiera pizza, pasta con tomate o arroz. Plancha variada y muchos postres y fruta. Quizá la cena un poco pronto para los españoles a las 9:30 terminaba y recogían, lo que nos hacia cenar a las 9, lo que sí, antes de recoger te avisaban por si querías coger más. Algún dia hubo un pianista en el desayuno, o musica en vivo en la cena, muy agradable. Las actuaciones normalitas, solia ser un cantante y a las 10:30 ya había terminado. Un día nos dieron una invitación para un cocktail pero tenia que ser a las 9, cuando salimos de cenar como eran las 9:30 ya no nos lo quisieron dar. La isla muy bonita, cada día hemos estado en una cala y son preciosas, aunque por algunas zonas encontramos algas, pero en cuanto te metias el agua era cristalina, nos gustaron mucho Cala Anguila, Cala Agulla, Es Trenc… Cuando reservamos nos extrañaba no encontrar comentarios recientes del hotel, supongo que porque la mayoría son extranjeros, pero depués de haber estado solo decir que hemos estado muy agusto y que si volvemos a Mallorca este sería nuestro hotel.

🛑🚨Información Importante 🚨🛑 Buenas, quiero poner en alerta a toda persona ya sean de mallorca o de fuera , de ciertas cosas que suceden en el Hotel Serrano Palace ,el cual está reconocido como un hotel de 5 estrellas que para nada dan el servicio que deben de dar para tan reconocido nombre y aquí las pruebas de la suciedad entre otras cosas que pasan hay ,como muestro en las fotos una máquina de hacer zumo natural y podéis observar tienen larvas de los días que pasan sin limpiar la máquina ,como otras secciones del hotel ,las cuales dejan mucho que desear y otras muchas más cosas que podría deciros y lo que digo es por como veis son pruebas como trabajador@ que soy de este asqueroso lugar ,tengo más pruebas ,como contrato de trabajo ,grupos de trabajadores , conversaciones ,audios etc etc por favor pido máxima difusión de este mensaje ,por aquellas personas que se llevan todo un año guardando su dinero para tener unas buenas vacaciones y vayan a parar a sitios como este hotel ,que no es sólo con lo que os podáis encontrar ,además de suciedad , habitaciones viejas , mal olor por los baños ,mal trato por ciert@s empleados y por parte de dirección los cuales ponen buena cara delante del cliente y por detrás hablan mal porque el cliente se queja con motivos ,pero sé que me costará el despido ,pero lo que no quiero para mí no lo quiero para nadie..."COMPARTIR PARA QUE ESTO LLEGUE DONDE TENGA QUE LLEGAR "

Siamo stati ospiti di questo bellissimo hotel per 15gg dove non manca assolutamente niente per coccolare i clienti dalle due piscine di cui una all'ultimo piano,alla bellissima SPA,la palestra e la bellissima spiaggia vicinisima.Il personale gentile,cordiale e sempre disponibile che ti fanno sentire come a casa.La camera grande,pulitissima vista mare;colazione e cena ottime...e che dire della Super Direttrice Sabrina che con la sua simpatia riesce in ogni momento ad infonderti serenita' e gioia.Grazie a tutti per la vacanza stupenda!!!consigliatissimo
