Grove Guest House

My friends and i came to stop with Hazel following a recommendation from a friend. We couldn't have wished for a more friendly, helpful accommodating generous host. I could have spent hours looking round and exploring all Hazel's curios. I am vegan and Hazel catered for all my dietary needs with ease. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. I would definitely recommend a visit if you would like to stop some where on a quiet street that feels like a home from home. It has great transport links for getting to Stratford and into Central London. It was an excellent base for getting to the ABBA arena.

My friends and I stayed at Grove Guest House on a weekend trip to London to attend the ABBA Voyage event. Hazel, the hostess was a joy, the house was homely and the food was fabulous. Very close to the ABBA venue and good links to Central London. A nice quiet street, with a lovely garden, yet close to shops. If I travel to London again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. In January 2023 I made my third extended stay at Grove Guest House. The rooms are clean and well furnished and very comfortable. Hazel, the delightful and friendly host, is also a local artist and her guest house has a charming atmosphere full of interesting, beautiful things to see. Breakfasts were always hot and delicious and started me off right for day of visiting in London. I am a senior traveling alone, and Hazel made me feel very comfortable. The guest house is located on a quiet street just a short walk from shops, cafes, restaurants, and the Elizabeth line which provides for easy travel to central London or to the airports. I hope to go back to London and stay at Grove House many more times.

Чувствовал себя как дома)) Еще она художница и по всему дому лежат разные интересные предметы с историей, а еще ее картины и фотографии семьи. Кормили вкусно. Рядом есть tfl rail станция, от которой за 20-30 минут можно добраться до центра. Короче, рекомендую!)

I really enjoyed my stay at this delightful guest house. It was conveniently located for my trip at a fair price and the accommodation was welcoming and comfortable. My room was spacious, with en-suite, and a very comfortable bed! The host is interesting, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast around the communal table with a couple of other guests was really enjoyable, as was the breakfast itself! I have already booked to return there in May.

Having attended a concert at the Royal Albert Hall we found several roads have been closed overnight meaning that our arrival would be delayed. We contacted Hazel. She was very helpful and gave us a warm reception despite not arriving until almost 23:30. We found Hazel to be very flexible on the time we requested breakfast. A very comfortable bed and an excellent breakfast.

A fantastic pre London Marathon stay! Hazel was fantastic and made me feel extremely welcome. A lovely carb filled evening meal had me well and truly fuelled up for my Marathon challenge. Bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. Infact, I could well have been staying in the countryside! The house was full of character and host Hazel very welcoming. I definitely would recommend Grove Guest House.

I had a wonderful stay at Grove Guest House which is full of character and conveniently located near Forest Gate station on the Elizabeth tube line. The host Hazel was very kind and hospitable. I enjoyed a quiet room, very comfortable bed and delicous English breakfast. Looking forward to me next stay when next in London!

This is a Victorian home with all the character you would associate with an older home. Hazel is a wondeful host and has many interesting stories. It is on a quiet street close to the Elizabeth Line line and several bus stops. The breakfast was excellent.
