Avis : Park Grand Mayfair

J'ai réservé un séjour d'une nuit comme cadeau d'anniversaire, le personnel était absolument fantastique, en particulier Cannigio qui a fait des fleurs et des prezecco dans la chambre avec l'aimable autorisation de l'hôtel. Tout le personnel était extrêmement sympathique, serviable et poli, la chambre était propre, bien rangée, de taille raisonnable, la douche était incroyable, le petit déjeuner était très agréable et de bonne qualité. Je reviendrai certainement et je le recommande vivement. Merci à tous

L'endroit est propre et le service est agréable. Le personnel est très sympathique. L'endroit est situé à 3 minutes à pied de Marble Arch et très proche d'Oxford Street. Bel endroit où séjourner.

L'emplacement est super, très proche de la station de métro Marble Arch. Supermarché à proximité. Belle décoration. Fruits quotidiens et eau gazeuse fournis gratuitement. Essayez de ne pas prendre la chambre du sous-sol si vous transportez de gros bagages, car il n'y a pas d'ascenseur pour descendre au sous-sol. Le personnel masculin est serviable et vous aidera à transférer vos bagages.

The location was perfect in very central - off a quiet street 2 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of March Arch. Nice stay here, was easy to check in and out. Friendly staff. Bed was comfy and room was nice and spacious. It was nice there was water, tea/coffee and fruit in the room complimentary. One star lost because the USB plug in charger was broken and the plug area around it. Lucky I had my portable charger. Also, I found it a little dark when putting make up on, so a brighter light by the dressing desk mirror would have been good. And a small metal tile in the shower fell off as I was showering. All in all, Perfect to just put your head down after a work party night out. I would still recommend.

Good area but the room too small

The rooms were so uncleaned and stained, you can hear into the next room. It was so uncomfortable and felt so unsafe. Still waiting on a refund.

Hotel was OK staff were excellent

عند وصلولي للفندق في نفس الوقت واليوم المحدد قالت الموظفه ان حجزك موجود لكن لايوجد غرفه متاحه لك؟!!!! رغم اني دافع المبلغ كامل وقادم من مكان بعيد والان لم اقيم بالفندق ولم احصل على مبلغ الحجز الذي حجزت به

فندق جيد والموظفين ممتازين انصح في السكن فيه يمتاز بموقع جميل وهدوء الغرف

入住有工作人員指引上樓，提供歡迎水果，地點靠近海德公園，出行非常方便，在倫敦算性價比高的五星酒店，房間不算大但乾淨整潔，房間提供飲用水和茶，入住體驗非常好。
