Nous avons mené une enquête approfondie depuis votre allégation, nous vous avons suggéré de le signaler aux autorités car nous prenons ces questions au sérieux si nous les recevons. Les membres de notre équipe sont avec nous depuis de nombreuses années et de tels incidents ne se sont pas produits chez nous. Quoi qu'il en soit, nous menons toujours une enquête sérieuse auprès des membres de l'équipe qui sont entrés dans votre chambre pour le nettoyage, ainsi qu'un suivi constant auprès de ces membres et de leurs managers.
