Avis : Seraphine Hammersmith Hotel

Chambre un peu petite, mais le personnel était adorable et l’hôtel très bien situé.

L'emplacement de l'hébergement est excellent, avec un accès pratique aux lignes de métro et de bus. Le personnel est sympathique et serviable, et la chambre est propre et confortable. Le seul bémol est le petit-déjeuner, qui ressemble plus à une collation légère qu'à un repas complet. Dans l'ensemble, le rapport qualité/prix est excellent, et nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel.

J'ai passé un séjour fantastique dans cet hôtel ! La propreté était absolument irréprochable, chaque recoin de la chambre était impeccable et bien entretenu. La douche était un autre point fort : la pression et la température de l'eau parfaites ont permis une expérience incroyablement rafraîchissante. Il est clair que le personnel est fier de maintenir des normes élevées. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent le confort et la qualité pendant leur séjour !

C'est un hôtel de trois étages sans ascenseur et avec une mauvaise insonorisation. Le service desk est au premier étage et répond à toutes les questions. Le service est plutôt bon. Voyant que j'avais une grosse valise, il a pris l'initiative de m'aider à la déplacer au troisième étage. Bien sûr, j’ai aussi donné de bons pourboires. L'hygiène est acceptable. La chambre est relativement propre et entièrement équipée. Dans l'ensemble, ça va.

très bien! Le personnel de la réception a une excellente attitude et fait un excellent travail ! L'environnement de l'hôtel est propre, et c'est vraiment pratique d'avoir des bottes et du KFC à proximité ! Ce n'est pas loin du métro non plus !

Pas mal. La dame à la réception était très gentille et très économique. C'était un bon endroit où séjourner pour un concert. L'emplacement est également très pratique. Il y a des restaurants tout autour. J'aime ça, j'aime ça, j'aime ça !

Hôtel très propre et fonctionnel. Parfait pour nos besoins. L'inconvénient est qu'il y a beaucoup de marches, pas de bar/restaurant. Les chambres étaient minimes mais exactement ce dont nous avions besoin.

Parfait, je suis resté ici seul pendant 2 jours et c'est un endroit vraiment sympa, pas d'ascenseur mais si vos bagages ne sont pas trop lourds ça devrait aller :) La chambre était propre mais il y avait encore quelques taches comme du dentifrice sur la porte de la salle de bain et d'autres taches mais ce n'est pas vraiment dérangeant… Le petit déjeuner gratuit est agréable et change tous les jours. Je recommande vivement cet endroit, la dame à la réception était aussi vraiment adorable :)

No elevator, poor wifi connection and worst of all, in the midst of summer - the AC was broken in the room and the heat was insufferable. Attempted to change rooms and were told the hotel was fully booked. Most definitely not worth ＞£150 per night.

More than adequate for a short city break. Many cafes,shops , pubs and restaurants around walking distance.  Reception guy is very friendly and cheerful.  Room is a bit tiny but this is expected for London.

I thought this was going to be a better hotel than what it actually is. It is a clean, nicely decorated cheap hotel. I come to London once or twice a year and always stay in Earls Court or Hammersmith. The seraphine always comes up as an option in my booking searches, but is always notably more expensive than places like the Premier Inn, Point A, W14, and Best Western: Boltons, so I always choose one of those. This time I had a last-minute change of itinerary, and needed to book only a week in advance of arrival, and Seraphine was less expensive, so I stayed here. It is not, in any way better than those other options. There was nothing "wrong" with my stay here, but nothing stands out as a reason to choose this. As long as the Premier Inn Hammersmith exists, there is no reason to choose to stay at the Seraphine. The fact is, however, that if I do a search now, for a stay 4 months from now, the Seraphine would cost 50% MORE than the Premier Inn on Shepards Bush Road. This place is not equal to, and certainly not better than the Premier Inn. My main negative was the size of the room, compared to what is pictured on the booking sites. I am very accustomed to tiny rooms at some of the affordable London hotels, but the way this room was laid out, there were only a few inches of space between the foot of the bed and the wall on which the TV was mounted. To get from one side of the room (where the door and closet are) to the other side of the room (where the desk and the bathroom are), you have to crawl ON the bed. There is not enough space to walk at the foot of the bed (the space is less than the width of your foot, much less your legs). I don't think there will ever be a reason for me to stay here again; there are better options for the same or less money.

The location is good, there are a lot of stores available nearby and and it is not far from Hammersmith station. The room was small though and didn’t correspond the picture. Very small sink. No elevator. The reception desk was in a different corner and had a separate entrance. The breakfast is in the box. The staff was good though! The water pressure for hot water was good. However, I still do not understand why in some sites the hotel is rated as 4star-hotel. It is one hundred percent 3star-hotel. I am not sure if I want to stay next time…

One night only but comfortable

Very good hotel and very good service. Clean, very clean. Definitely worth to go.
