We had a lovely stay. We went to a Motown show which was great. The room was lovely, everything we needed and the food and service was excellent. The receptionist on arrival was very welcoming. The pianist in the foyer was also a nice touch. Overall a very pleasant experience and we would stay again.

L'hôtel est cosy. Ambiance très britannique qui tranche avec celle de la République d'Irlande. Nous n'avons pas pu obtenir les clefs avant 16 heures, si bien qu'on a mangé sur place. Bon repas. La chambre est très confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est correct. Uniquement english breakfast. N'espérez pas autre chose. Dans le couloir, suite à un mariage, il y a eu quelques claquements de porte.

Another great stay at the hotel. the food and service were excellent . We stayed in a superior room, the standard of cleanliness was exceptional. the amenities are plentiful.the most comfortable beds and pillows. The singer on Saturday night was fantastic as was the pianist in the afternoon, both helped create a lovely atmosphere. 5 minutes in a taxi will take you into the city, lots of great pubs and restaurants. Can't wait for my next visit.

The service is excellent. My wife fell ill and had to be taken to the doctor. The hotel manager offered and drove her to the doctor and 5 hours later returned to pick her up. They are customer driven and it shows the concern that they had when she return from the doctor.

Book the White Horse Hotel with more to do for half the price. Food was overcooked and cold the room was tatty and the bar prices where double than anywhere else.

My husband and I recently went on the Irish Adventure tour through CIE International. The trip was fabulous for the most part and we truly enjoyed it. Our driver Paddy, was exceptional. He provided so much information and was accommodating in every way possible. The hotels were all wonderful except for the Everglades Hotel in Derry. The accommodations were fine, however, the service was terrible. I called to ask for a fan and was rudely informed ‘I will have to go look for it, no guarantees’. This individual was very disturbed by my request. The food was not good at all and many at our table waited for an extremely long time to get drinks and their food. Some staff were downright rude at both breakfast and dinner. As all the other hotels on our adventure were beyond exceptional in every way, needless to say we were sorely disappointed. In discussion with others on the trip, I know I was not the only one who felt this way. Customer service is sorely lacking at this hotel. Thank you.

Just back from a 2 night stay which was for my husbands special birthday. We had a wonderful stay. First time staying here and would definitely stay again if down in Londonderry. One of the most relaxing stays we have had. The decor and atmosphere is lovely and the food and service excellent. All the staff were helpful and attentive. Too many to mention individually as everyone we had contact with was lovely. Just a lovely restful break. Thanks to everyone.

First time staying at this beautiful hotel and definitely would recommend if coming to the Walled City for a trip or just an overnight stay. 5 mins taxi from the city which is cheap as chips so simply park up the car and off you go.
