First time at Live Aqua Private Residences Los Cabos. We had a great week just relaxing. David at the pool was great and greeted us with a smile and our favorite drink everyday. It was nice to have access to the resort, Fiesta American and their facilities as well. We look forward to return for some more down time!

4th or 5th time to this part of Mexico. 1st stay at Live Aqua. We've always enjoyed our stay but the Live Aqua property was a little different. The newer but smaller property was maintained beautifully and came with a quieter environment which we enjoyed. The action & dining at Fiesta Americana is only a short golf cart ride away. The service here was incredible. We were fortunate to have Armando Jr. serving us by the pool. His hospitality was remarkable and his consistency of checking on us was greatly appreciated.

As always, Live Aqua delivered another amazing trip for my family and friends. The amazing setting, luxurious rooms, and hard working friendly staff (Victoria, Ernesto, Antonio, Jorge and 2 other bell men, Adriana, Armando, David, Oscar) make the experience memorable every single year. We’re so grateful for all the work that goes into this place, and we’ll keep coming year after year.

This has been our favorite vacation spot for 20 years. The accommodations, friendly service, views and food are what keep us coming back with family and friends. The entire staff is focused on our comforts and needs from room service, pool service, restaurants, activity recommendations or just walking through the lobby, it feels like being around good friends.

Fantastic time at LARC, great friendly service and fantastic food and drinks. Make sure you ask for the David’s daily special drink. If you need anything ask Oscar, it will be done. Everyone at LARC is Amazing and the service is spot on.

My favorite resort in the world for many reasons. I have been there at least ten times, some with the entire family and some with just friends. The place is gorgeous and tranquil. It's very much what we needed. The entire experience is incredible. The private residences are everything you could want. Beautiful modern kitchens, large-sized bedrooms, sleek and well-appointed bathrooms, and the terraces with the views are so incredible. The service is what completely separates this resort from others. Everyone at the resort is there to make you happy and ensure you have everything you need/desire. I feel very pampered by the staff when I am there. If you go from January to March, you can be on your terrace and watch the whales splash/jump. The food at the resort is incredible. The bartenders at the pool are attentive and have special drinks to match your palate. PS: The restaurants, bars, pools, and spa at Fiesta Americana (just a golf cart ride away) are also incredible.

We visited this property for the first time in 2022 after we upgraded to LARC. We thoroughly enjoyed the visit and met some very pleasant people who are regular visitors. We returned twice in 2023, in the spring and at Thanksgiving. We brought six family guests with us. Both times we met more guests that we thoroughly enjoyed getting to know. All our family had a wonderful time. The service was consistently excellent and the staff is professional and friendly. Dulce, Aidee, Armando, Jose, Martha were all most accommodating. We used the Grand Fiesta Americana property but spent a great deal of time at LA Residences. The food at Mai is outstanding. We just booked our next trip for the autumn of 2024 and are bringing friends we know from LiveAqua Cancun and we are sure they will like it as much as we do.

The residence and Staff are wonderful . We stayed 1 night till we could meet up with family in another hotel . Be sure to eat before 5 because a majority of the places they recommend were closed till dinner service which was about an hour later . Suggest if you have a late flight coming in eat at McDonalds before you arrive . It took a long time for us to get a Mediocre burger and fries at the residence restaurant by the pool . I got this Pollo Chicken and rice skillet concoction. Watch for the bones in the chicken . Not very flavorful meal . And be ready to preform CPR when the bill arrives at your table $105 U.S. by time you get service you could milk 2 herds of 40 dairy cow . They have Golf cart attendants to drive you to other places but good luck on getting another to get you back . Luckily another hotel helped us out to get back . All in All the experience was disappointing . Beautiful place but be ready for your money to wasted on sub par meals .

Drinks are warm and it takes a long time to get a drink by the pool and it’s not even busy up here! Menu at the Mai is kind of funky! I just want a tasty taco or quesadilla or a shrimp cocktail, but none of these items except the tacos are available. The room service menu is actually more appealing but you can’t have the same items at the restaurant that you can have for room service and vice versa. It doesn’t make sense since they all come from the same kitchen! We’ve been coming here for years and are owners, and each time we just get so frustrated at the lack of competency, though everyone is very friendly.
